Very good experience. I ordered sandals online in Denmark, but when they arrived they were too small for me. So, I send an email asking to return them. They replied quickly and offered to send the sandals in a bigger size, I should pay 85 kr for shipping costs. I agreed, paid for the transport and week and a half later the sandals arrived. I am really pleased with my purchase.
