We enjoyed the freshness and the bite sized cut fruits on a platter ordered last Friday. It was our first time ordering and we really loved those fruits. A good balanced of 9 types of fruits with many cut of agar-agar jelly.
Customer service was good as they updated on the next best available fruit to replace fruit that is not at their best for the day.

Ordered the cut fruits for a friend & her family members who are down with dengue. They had no appetite & energy, so the various cut fruits ordered were a warm welcome to them & they love it. It came in the evening but they commented that the cut fruits were fresh!

it was discovered by us and they managed to scold us for discovering that they underpacked fruits for us.
2 companies ordered a corporate order of 1x each, so we gave 1 review for each order.
they then scolded us for giving 2 reviews when the orders were for 2 different companies.
it was an interesting negative experience.

Regarding the reviews, each order was processed separately, and thus, individual reviews were warranted. This is a standard procedure.
We also notice that your reviews seem more focused on creating negativity rather than providing constructive feedback. Given that you also sell fruits, this appears to be a conflict of interest.
