They tried to charge me more than advertised but corrected this error. However I still haven’t received my order and in reply to my queries I get two different tracking numbers.
I regret buying from them

Had a terrible experience with lip stains. Ordered and was sent the wrong items. Not the colours I ordered, packaging and size also completely different to those shown. Wanted to return but They advised they would send again and I never received them. They kept saying they were delivered to me. Complained again was offered £3 refund. This company should be stopped. Only sorry I missed the reviews. I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from them.

I feel embarrassed that I didn’t read these reviews before. I now see that I’ve had exactly the same experience as another person with regard to buying lip stains. I also waited over a month only to find that I was sent entirely different colours to those I ordered. When I complained I was offered £4 as a “gesture of goodwill” or I have to send good back at my own expense with a risk that anything that is damaged in transit will be deducted from any refund offered. It’s just not worth it and the company knows this. It’s tantamount to fraud and because it’s such a low value (less than £15) the company is confident that people won’t bother. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - absolute charlatans

Utter Scam.

In short, they sell the most inferior Chinese products at inflated prices but they will make it look like you are getting a great deal. even their story with the picture is fake. i did a google search on the image and it's a stock family picture. not real. fake.

I spent around £15 for 2 of these lipstains (including p&p) because they promise a 100% refund if not satisfied, and all the reviews on their site are glowing - of course they are. that's because they're fake reviews.

They took a month to arrive from America. When I tried the product it was NOTHING like the website promised, in terms of colour and quality. I followed the instructions to the letter. The stain was so hard to pick off (on the second colour) that I had to use a lip scrub until my lips were sore trying to get it off. Although the first colour peel came off fine, the colour was patchy and left my lips dry. The colours, supposedly nude-ish ranges made my lips look like a rear hole, if you get my drift. both colours.

They promise that the stain lasts, "up to" 12 hours, no matter what you eat or drink. I didn't eat or drink anything but two hours later it had mostly gone (thank goodness). But then, even 5 minutes is, "up to" 12 hours, as much as it's up to infinity.

I contacted them with respect to returning them for refund. They wanted proof that had been on the outer wrapping but had been discarded, of course. But I took ample pictures before and during the process - a few of which I sent but they completely ignored them, because they asked for them again.

Then they did the classic offering me less than a third of the refund in order to save me having to send them back. As a gesture of goodwill, apparently. I don't know how much it costs them to send out but these things probably cost pennies to produce, so a £4 partial refund is an insult.

Surely everyone is onto this con by now....?

I referred back - three times - to their 100% money back guarantee offer. I told them I was willing to return the products as they were useless to me and I didn't want them, and so a partial refund where I still lose out and they still profit was not good enough.

They then gave me a return address in China, and say that I am liable for postage costs - why should I be? If I'd just changed my mind, fine, but I'm returning it because it's an inferior product that doesn't do what they promised and are just two imperceptibly different patchy shades of scat.

They said that if I felt the postage costs were going to be too high (and btw they want pictures of the return packaging as well as proof of postage - I don't mind, but just so's you know), then I could still take the £4. They forgot to put the haha emoji after that one.

So I feel it my duty to warn others not just about this particular product (which they've taken down, so I can't leave a review but I'm sure it will be repackaged and relisted imminently) but the company as well, as this is clearly their entire ethos. they're out to rip off the entire western world, i think.

if you want cheap cosmetics from afar, fine, but maybe stick to shein, if that's the case. at least you can trust their returns process.

If you read this and still decide to order - well, don't say you weren't warned.

misleading information. Advertised as a UK company yet tracking came from USA. Product never arrived and was sent fake tracking information when challenged. Fast response to emails but no help and full of lies. Still pursuing refund

Scammers. All American reviews good so obviously written by the company scammers. GB reviews awful. This mob are fake and PayPal won't help in a dispute. Scammers, scammers, scammers

On 22 February 2025 I ordered Mascara (2 for 1) from this UK website. It was strange that the item shipped from China and went through US customs to finally arrive in Ireland on 19 March 2025. During this time, I regularly received tracking statuses – in total 10 updates, which was helpful. The packaging was excellent and the mascara is of good quality.

Absolutely shocking company (I use that word loosely). Exactly same happened to me that other people have had done. Ordered the lip stain. Eventually after four weeks and three emails received it only to find they sent two totally different colours to what I ordered. Brown and wine red. Apparently this is what they have done to lots of people. Also had more taken from my account than stated. Now after numerous emails they said to send back at my own cost. To China!. They advertise as based in the UK. LIES. AVOID THIS PLACE

Absolutely disgusting company meant to be run by a family Shawn and Erin.
My order did not turn up after 5 weeks then contacted them they said will resend it it arrives after 2 weeks so 7 weeks later was meant to be a Xmas present ordered 2nd Dec.
When item turned up packing on both was tatty at best.
The hairdryer was test on day of delivery it did not work properly it just got really hot no air coming out very dangerous someone could have been badly burned.
I contacted them immediately and the asked me to send a video I did they offer me compensation £8 the item cost £26. I refused this they then offer a little more again I refuse they then offered £20 or to send it back to the for a full refund the address was China so was going to cost more than £20 that I was liable for I refuse then they are now ignoring my emails.
The item was taken off the website I have now heard because they are all dangerous and should not be selling them.
Do not purchase anything from them because if there is a faul you will have to pay to send it back.

Scammers, I ordered some lip stain and when I checked my PayPal they had taken more than was stated at final checkout. PayPal said they couldn't help as they hadn't broken any terms?! When the product arrived it was a dupe of the item in the video, not the same writing on the box, different ml inside and different colours. I emailed to company for a return which they did not reply, contacted PayPal and they arranged a return but I would have to pay tracked shipping to China which cost around £10, which cost almost as much as the item. Absolute joke of a company

I ordered lips stains on Noohde and Pinked paying £13. However, they have actually taken £16.06 I've just noticed today!!!! I received Light Brown and Wine Red instead. Upon checking reviews, I discovered many other customers had experienced the same issue, suggesting a deliberate scam.
When I contacted their customer service, they told me I could return the items at my own cost to China, despite their website claiming they are a family-run business based in the U.S.. I questioned why I should pay for their mistake, especially since I placed and paid for the correct order. They refused to cover return costs and only offered me a £7 refund if I didn’t return the items.
This company clearly does not adhere to UK consumer laws, which state that customers are entitled to a full refund or a free return when the seller sends the wrong items even though their website claims they do.
I am not accepting the £7 as based on other reviews, I’m not hopeful I'll even get it.

I will be reporting this scam to PayPal and raising the issue with Instagram, where they advertise, through my contact at Meta, and other networks in the UK. Hopefully, this helps remove scammers like these from social media platforms.
Save yourself the headache, avoid this company entirely! Just awful!

Ordered 2 lip stains and they sent 2 lip liners one in brown and one in wine red. Not the colours I ordered and certainly not colours I can use.
Asked for refund and offered £3-5 when I paid £17
When I said no I was told but the charge to return back to us would cost too much.
So I have to be out of pocket because they have sent me something I didn’t order!
Do not order anything from this company. I wish i had come on here to check them out first! Lesson learnt 😭😭

Absolutely false advertising, you don't get what is advertised! I ordered lip stainers, they arrived but didn't look at all like the ones advertised. The colours were red wine and light brown, again not the colors advertised. They have come from China, and I was offered a mere £4 refund. Disgusting company with false advertising, steer clear!

I purchased the lip liner stains in shades noohde and pinked. The website address is a .co.uk address and their address shows as Cardiff, Wales. However, their products are shipped from China. The products are half the advertised size and the colours received were different- I received light brown and wine red. The social media adverts are now adverting as several different companies. The products are extremely poor quality. They offer a 100% money back guarantee which is a joke. They demand to see a code that ‘supposedly’ is inside their packaging - there is no code inside their packaging. I am now seeking a refund through PayPal.

Charged about £3 more than invoice and couldn't even get the shades right. Delivery was about 2.5 weeks. Product does not last on lips.

I ordered ONE lip stain in the colour Noohde [nude]. When the package arrived , to mu suprise, there were TWO in the packet and BOTH were the colour LIGHT BROWN and not Noohde. [nude]
I opened one to try and the it seemed like there was very little lip stain inside the tube and it was very thick and gloopy. I put it on. waiting for the lip stain to peel, it did not. In the end I tried to pick it off, It wouldn't come off, so I had to rub very hard with a cloth for it to remove. . The stain was very dark, on my lips and NOT light brown. I paid a lot and am so disappointed in the quality of the product and the fact that I did not even receive the correct colour. [I am wondering if this is why they gave me TWO] I have learnt the hard way and wish I could get a refund,

Ordered nude and pink. Got red wine and brown???. And it's also rubbish.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I ordered 2 lip stains -nude and pinked - they sent me wine red and dark brown. Two colours I’d definitely not order. I emailed out to them and they said the correct items were sent as confirmed by the warehouse but offered £2 "compensation" and saying to return them would be too expensive. I replied no and sent a copy of my invoice that showed the colours I ordered and this is not acceptable, they came back and offered £2 again, told me to keep the lip stains and give to my friends. I have replied again refusing the offer and I will be reporting them to action fraud and claiming my money back from the bank, waiting to hear back from them. I’m absolutely fuming they are trying to gaslight me but I’m not having it. Read other reviews below looks like a regular thing they do. Must send anything and then not bother with paying customers just say that’s what we ordered. They are disgusting

I saw an advert for their lip stain (and now I doubt it was even the same product!). I made an order for the colour I saw advertised in the video. I received the item plus an additional free lip stain that was offered when purchasing from the website but both products were in the completely wrong colour! I tried them in case they came out the colour I wanted but they were awful and to top it off the quality is terrible. I sent an email with the picture evidence of my order and the email response was so unapologetic and blahze. I was told that this is what I ordered, totally ignoring the photos I sent. And to insult me further they offered me a £3 refund! 😂 I absolutely couldn't be bothered to respond, so I left it there. Don't waste your time too
