PLEASE don't waste your money with these SCAMMERS. I ordered some "eyebrow make up" - it was 2 for the price of 1..... BOTH items were BONE DRY. £12.35p paid - for both (not a fortune I agree) After NUMEROUS emails... they have agreed to refund me £2.00p (!) So, £10.35p paid for NOTHING... As I say, not a fortune, but having read other reviews it is clear that we shouldn't waste a penny with these scammers.

I bought a product and they tell me it's shipped. I have never received. When you try to contact customer service you go in circles. Probably to delay??

Paypal do not help either - they accept alleged postal docs and support the scam!

Im out of pocket and no product!!!!!

ORDERED IN JUNE HAVE SENT 5 EMAILS WHICH THEY DONT ANSWER. THEY SAY IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ADDRESS. SCAMMERS.

I've given this company one star as zero stars was not available to select. Just purchased an eyebrow pencil today and had the order confirmation for £13.38. However, the payment they have requested is £16.73 and the bank can't cancel the payment as it is a legally binding transaction (even though the payment is only pending at present). I've e-mailed the company - no response. I've now got to wait 30 days before I can raise this as a dispute with my bank.
I'm annoyed with myself for not checking the reviews first. Avoid like the plague....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My God would give it 0 but carnt, bought 2xlip gloss for £14.06, they took £16.87 out then next day the £14.06, I paid through PayPal and still trying to get refund...DO NOT USE

I ordered a bra from a Facebook advert for this company and they sent the wrong size and refused to give me a refund, claiming they had sent the correct one. Completely unhelpful and conned me out of £16.

Ordered goods weeks ago still not received company is a joke I wish I had read reviews first would never have ordered anything

I put through an order for £12.99 and was charged £15.59! Why? Still waiting for a response to my request for a refund and to cancel my order. It’s fraud. Shouldn’t be allowed.

Terrible customer service not refund on misadvertised product.

Wish I read the reviews before buying from this company. I ordered an item and the colour is totally different to what was advertised. Very disappointed.

I also ordered the 5 in one styler and also garden lights - none work and trying to get a refund from the £30.84 for the styler (that i paid) is a nightmare - they offered me £2 refund for items that have never worked - someone needs to STOP this Chinese rubbish being sold in UK.
I have escalated this to a claim with PAYPAL and now they are offering a refund if i return the styler to China. Has anyone else got a refund yet?

This company took my money and when I contacted them to find out where my delivery is they said they tried to deliver and it was refused. They also said they couldn't deliver because of a geo fence around my building. This is nonsense I live in a normal building where someone is at home at all time. I told them they have obviously gone to the wrong building. They kept insisting I refused delivery and refused to give me a refund. This is a total scam I don't believe the product was ever sent out to me.

I really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered a styling brush hairdryer from Fruity Finesse. As mentioned on other reviews they charged me more than the advertised price and the hairdryer is cheap and nasty. Used the hairdryer for less than 5 minutes and it blew up. I've emailed customer support and will see what happens.

I purchased the 5 in one hair styler after seeing a Facebook ad. Awful product with unsafe wiring. Customer service not replying to my messages and keep trying to give me compensation instead of a refund or replacement. Would not recommend.

I purchased a dress from this online shop. When it came eventually after 7 weeks, it looked nothing like what was advertised. It was ill fitting, wrong colour, cheap material and I wouldn’t have paid 99p for it let alone over £20.
I complained and wanted to send it back, they refused but offered me £2 as a refund, I declined like anyone else would, they emailed me back offering a £4 refund and again when I refused they emailed back saying their final offer would be £6.. I’m sure this is illegal? They company is a joke and in my opinion, fraudulent. I have all of the emails and photos, it’s disgusting and in my opinion absolutely criminal. I still have the so-called dress, which I feel like putting in the bin.

I ordered the eyebrow pen and it took weeks to arrive. When it did finally arrive, it was nothing like the video they have on Facebook! It's difficult to apply and claggy. Your carefully applied eyebrow hairs will soon merge into a blob with a slightly shiny finish! Not impressed with this product and definitely wouldnt recommend it.

Would not let me cancel my order and then when it arrived would not let me return it - the colour I ordered was light brown but when it arrived it was more like ginger. I do not know how companies are allowed to operate in this way so please listen to the advice and stay well away otherwise you are truly wasting your money :-(

I ordered 2 dresses, they were too small as well as not the same quality as the Facebook advert, appalling customer service, after many emails back and forward they told me that as returns needed to go back too China, it would be too expensive for me and offered me £5 in compensation !!!!!!

this company should not be trading absolute rubbish what they sell bought a dress which is paper thin nothing like the advertised version way to big asking for refund is like hitting a brick wall avoid at all cost why don't they just refund like other companies
