0 STARS!!! absolute scam of a site. Reported to gambling commission. No problem taking money but withdrawing is a no go. Then in doing 80p spins and next click it changed it to £50 spin. I only had £56 in the account at that point. Customer service is horrific. Takes 5 mins in-between each sentence they wrote to respond, and that's even if they bother at all. 17 mins , read my complaints then proceeded to ignore me . AVOID AVOID AVOID

I seriously do not understand how this website is still allowed to run, they took my money no problem but when I tried to withdraw they locked my account permanently. I provided all the required verification exactly as they request, waiting for it to process then all of sudden my account is locked.

Contacted support to ask why and all I got in response is “Your account will remain locked” with absolutely 0 reasoning behind it and once I called them out to be scammers they accused me of being abusive to their support.

Absolutely disgusting website, robbing people of their money. It was only £30 withdrawal but they still robbed me. Reporting this company to the gambling commission.

I'm sorry to read some people have not been fully satisfied with the experience from Fruity King.

For me, Fruity King was absolutely great for me for playing roulette. Many wins over the months, I did well today with a £500 win from a much smaller deposit.

I closed my account today plus other accounts I'm closing though because I hope to enter the gambling industry myself next year. For me, of all the online casinos I played at, I personally had the best experience at Fruity King I think.

Was verfied for years with no problems depositing n withdrawals. All of a sudden cos i depoisted £10 via family member phone who totally was ok with this. Won £155 been trying to withdraw it to my debit card which ia all verified. Know they asking me to verfiy phone bill but was pay n go number. Been over 6 months now still no £155 don't know how many times ive sent documents after documents for the repicet of the bloody 10top up lol.... They forget ive probably depoisted £1000"S over the years dont get is wrong yeh withdrew many times before so dont understand this situation at all. They don't reply to emails n live chat they same thing over n oveg2 again. So told them to close account n just send my winnings???? Recommend stay well clear fruityking casino😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡 KNOBS!!!!

The company text me pretending to be Coral casino saying I had a bonus with this company. I replied to the text and used the bonus on fruityking. The company has debited my phone bill and ran it up to over £300. Im now struggling to get this rectified with the phone provider. I also had winnings on the account but am unable to withdraw them either. The company keep asking for identification in a way that would make you believe they are stealing your identity or selling it on. This casino is running an unlawful illegal site. Surely there must be something that can be done to stop these scammers

If I could give zero I would!! Had £5 of bonus funds and wagering requirements were x50. Met them and had over £300 left which then disappeared and I had £15 left! Their TCs are unreal and bonus funds are limited to cash conversion of x3 only. No other casino site I’ve ever used limits what you can win, normally as long as you meet the wagering requirements it’s all yours. Account closed and they can keep the !15 because the sensitive documents they wanted I won’t be sending. AVOID!!!!!

Scammers. Took my deposits willingly. I tried to withdraw on one occasion, had to supply further identification, which should really be asked for on registration. I provided everything and still have not received my funds nor had any response. It’s been weeks.
Managed to find contact information on companies house and am now pursuing it through small claims. Fingers crossed. Happy to provide information to any others who’ve been had the same experience. I can see there are many from the awful reviews.

They are such a disgusting company this is my first ever review I have left in my life but I need to tell people NOT TO USE THIS CASSINO, if you can even call it a cassino. They will NEVER release your withdrawal they just ask for photo ID and proof of payment, then they will say it’s not good enough and want PICTURES of your BANK CARD!! I stupidly gave them everything they asked for including, bank statements, picture of bank card, photo ID, utility bills. I deposited through my phone bill and they asked me for a picture of my phone bill with the transactions showing I deposited to fruity king, which I gave them and guess what? Still kept declining my documents. Anyway 4 days later I am getting push notifications from Lloyds bank asking me to authorise multiple different payments I had no idea about. I am £300 out of pocket but you know what? They’re clearly tramps that run the company and I wish them karma in the very near future. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!! Even if you are owed money if it’s any less than 500 or so I would just write it off because you will never get it anyway and they will end up selling your personal information on dark web or something.

this site is as dodgy as they come. stay away unless you want to deposit cash you will never withdraw winnings from unless you want to risk internet fraud. it clearly states as I check before deposit that they want the usual photo ID, proof of payment card showing first and last 4 numbers. and a utility bill OR bank statement. so I deposit and submit all documents. utility bill just a week old with date of issue clearly shown as is address, same as the one on my submitted driving license! because I am never comfortable sharing my bank statements inc my account number and sort code and my income and payments or what my balance is. i think its very intrusive! I had a good win and my balance hit 100 times my deposit total I decide to withdraw but it refused as they claimed my proof of address was unverified. I send an email and finally get a response saying they want my recent bank statements showing the transactions I made to them. people don't be fools and give out such sensitive stuff to any site claiming to be a casino. they can keep my winnings its better than being defrauded by scam sites. my fears were realised when today I got a critical security alert from google stating that my passwords had been found online due to an unsecure site I had recently used. sure enough logging into my google account. site password requiring change to protect my account none other than fruity king. account deactivated after password change and requested deletion of my card documents and other information from their system. i've cancelled and ordered a new bank card. be warned.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Easy to deposit however if and when it comes to withdrawing your funds be prepared to have to send every single last bit of verification possible. Been waiting 3 months for £160 baring in mind I have deposited well over £1000!! First they’ll ask for passport and driving license. Once passport / driving license is received, you’ve then be told you need to send photos of all cards used to deposit! Next they want proof of address, phone bills, etc etc, honestly…. Wish I read the reviews before signing up!!

This is a genuine review. at first i was a bit worried as i needed to give over ID when i tried to withdraw my second lot of winnings. However the customer services staff reassured me and were actually really helpful. Linda, Zoe etc thank you so much for your assistance and caring attitude. When I say stay away... I mean stay away - there are better casino sites out there to play.

£2.50 per withdrawal of your winnings. They also want a mass of extremely private financial paperwork to send you back your own money. I told them to keep the few quid I won. Very poor gaming experience. It’s completely clear that these folks are solely interested in the money…
