Wrong Size Sent, No Refund, and No Support…

I ordered a pair of shoes in size 22/23, but when they finally arrived (16 days later) they sent me 24/25 instead. Despite clear proof (photos of the incorrect size labeled on the outsole), they refused to admit their mistake. They expect customers to pay for return shipping even when they send the wrong item. After countless emails, they still refuse to issue a refund or prepaid return label.

Reading other reviews, I now see this is a common issue. Their site does not make it clear that they ship from China, which explains the long shipping times and poor customer service. Avoid this company!

Scam company

very bad online shop, delivery is very late and there is no enough information from the company. I received my package nearly one month after order and payment and package arrived with missing elements. After several emails, they accept to send me another one to replace. It is now more than 45 days that I am waiting to receive the package!!!!!!!!!! Not recommended at all, to avoid

If I can put -5 then would be better

If I can put -5 then would be better.
They bring the item from shein with the price doubled. It took too much time to arrive and now since the size is small and I want to return the order, I have to return it back to china and pay about 55€ for the smallest package which is more than the amount of money paid for the order. Also, now when I see the reviews I see that they have been talking to me for days and explaining to me about the return process and they know that no one is going to return the order to china so they are just acting fool. Besides, they gave me very bad solutions such as refund of 15% or exchange and I have to pay also for the exchange costs, etc. Unsatisfied at all. Never going to order again.

WARNING! This is a dropshipper

WARNING! STAY AWAY! They do dropshipping from TEMU or something similar. Especially if you are looking for some decent things as gifts. Same light I bought for 38 (haven’t received over one week) it is 14 euro on temu. Not that Chinese products are necessarily bad, it is they are misleading the customers that is unacceptable.

ADVICE: 1. everyone that is scammed please contact the payment companies like iDeal to report that they earn a ridiculously high profit through customer misleading and intransparency of product sourcing and shipping. When complaints pile up, they will lose their payment methods.
Will update later more ways when I have time.

I should have checked trustpilot beforehand.

I should have read the reviews before…

I should have read the reviews before ordering, my bad! They order from China, it took about 3 weeks for the item to arrive despite their ad saying 5-10 working days. An email with a tracking code was provided, but there was no tracking code. I requested it, no answer. The item was not what I wanted. To return it (back to bloody China!) I needed to take photos to prove the item was in good condition and send them in a certain format. Return of this item would have cost almost as much as it cost to buy it. My bad. Will never use them again.

WARNING! DONT BUY! COMPLETE SCAM

Frummeltje is a complete scam. After waiting almost two weeks for my order—without a single update—I received a cheap piece of junk that’s worth half the price on Amazon and looks nothing like what was advertised. It’s low-quality trash that you can find anywhere else for a fraction of the cost.

But that’s not even the worst part. Their return policy is an absolute joke. They don’t bother telling you upfront that you’ll need to ship returns back to China, which will cost you more than the item itself. To send back my €38 order, I’d have to pay €60 with DHL or €25 with PostNL. It’s obvious they’ve set this up to make it impossible for you to return anything.

When I reached out, their “solutions” were insulting. They offered me a 15% refund or a store credit for half the item’s price. I just wanted my money back for this overpriced piece of garbage, and instead, they push options that benefit them alone. They have zero interest in fairness or customer satisfaction.

Even shadier, Frummeltje doesn’t have a registered Dutch address or a KvK number. They’re hiding behind loopholes to rip off customers, and it’s about time someone reports them to consumer protection agencies for this crap. This is the kind of business that preys on unsuspecting buyers, and it’s disgusting.

To anyone thinking about buying from Frummeltje: don’t. They’re shady, they sell overpriced junk, and their whole setup is designed to make it a nightmare to get your money back. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money—shop somewhere reputable. Frummeltje is a rip-off, plain and simple.
