We ordered some items and they arrived…
We ordered some items and they arrived quickly except the last one. In the history it said it was delivered but it was not. So we contacted fruugo and Stephanie offered to help. We sent back the completed documents but after two days the item arrived and we didn’t need her help anymore. So we sent a message and the case was closed.

Great service
The product I bought through Fruugo suddenly stopped working. Before I even tried to make a complaint, I was contacted by Molly L asking if I was satisfied with the purchase. I briefly described the problem, and a day later, the full purchase price was refunded. I think that's great.

Good Customer service but watch out for Shady sellers
I have ordered a Mirror with LED lamps using Fruugo. This was my first purchase. Unfortunately, the seller from China didn't sent me the correct order and only delivered partial items. I was very scared to have lost the money as the Seller didn't provided me a workable solution. I was not satisfied at all.
However, I followed up this case with Fruugo support. I got contacted by Fruugo customer service (Stephanie R.) and they were quick to solve the issue. They refunded the full amount and ask me to wait for the postage label from seller so the wrong item could be sent back.
To me I think the Fruugo customer service is on par with the likes of Amazon. But I think I have to be careful with some of the seller at the forum. SOme advertisements are quite shaddy. Don't just look at the titles and pictures of the product. Read all the fine prints and detailed descriptions before ordering. As we all are busy and can't spend time to go over the full description and details with fine prints, Fruugo must ensure that at least the title and pictures of products are exactly what the final product is listed. Don't hide things in fine prints and ban the seller who do these shady practices.
