Watch out ! I have ordered a brush for my dog, supposed to be Made in Germany as shown on the picture with an handle made of wood as written in the descritption. When I understood that the website was chinese, it was too late and impossible to cancel my order. I have received the package after three weeks and the brush is a very bad quality brush made of nylon and plastic with the specification Made in China on the bag. At the end I have paid arround 25 euros for a brush with a value of 5 euros maximum. I will not send it back because the return fees are for myself and if the package is damaged on his way to China, or if there is any probem with the custom, my money will not be returned ! I have lost enough money with that. Only one advise for you, do not order on this website and always be carefull when you order on a website that you do not know.

Total scam, they sell Aliexpress goods for 10x price. And shippment time is even longer than Aliexpress

Absolutely disappointing Customer Service and support from both Fruugo Cz and the vendor. It's been two months and the delivery status hasn't moved an inch. Contact with Fruugo CS and the vendor ended with no response. Complete lack of ownership.

I placed an order on Feb 3. It was supposed to be delivered by Feb 23. I still haven't received my order and Fruugo does not respond to any attempt to get an answer.

This was the first time I used Fruugo to order and have something delivered. I was quite suspicious when the item was being shipped from China because I initially thought it would come from the Czech Republic. However, there were no issues with the item description or the delivery of the item which took less than two weeks. Overall quite pleased about it.
