詐欺サイトです。It is a fraudulent site. Never order from them.
I purchased melatonin from frrugo on 10/23/2023 and paid for it but have not received the item. I have tracked the package and it does not move from the same location. I have not received any reply at all to my request for reshipment and the item has not arrived. No response at all to my request for a refund. There is no phone contact information so I cannot contact them directly. Never purchase any items from this company.

It may take a few days to confirm the product's stock, but since I received it earlier than the expected delivery date, I can expect an accurate and quick response.

My order never arrived, I felt the disappointment. I know exactly what you expected to see in an invited review, now I need to make sure you're disappointed too.
How ridiculous
1. Item shipped from china, but can't be shipped to china
2. Shipping fee to the UK and Japan are the same
3. 99% of negative reviews (including this) were complaining about the inefficiency of SYpost. Item never arrived, wrong tracking number, false "delivered" status. Despite all these, you choose to do nothing and go on doing business with this infamous, notorious shipping company.
4. Like sy post cs team, you don't reply to emails, you don't answer to phone calls. I wish I could join your team because literally you don't have to do anything. I doubt if orders are even shipped out in the first place.
5. Error every time I requested for a delivery update, obviously that's not an error but a design.
I lost my money, fine, but I'll do my very best to make sure people see that fruugo is a fraud
