possibly my worst online experience. tracking info worthless, difficult to find help on website, automated assurances that shipping would occur, then simply refunded after the lengthy delivery window expired. so lost over a month in obtaining what was to be a gift. quoth the raven: "nevermore."

You are selling a pure scam product
You are selling a pure scam product. I ordered a Christmas calendar with 24 small wine BOTTLES...it was hard plastic with a bottle shape and a "winelabel" painted on it. 3 cm high - 6 mm wide and 2 mm thick!
So pure scam. This was the order information:
