Nothing I have order ever got delivered. I cant track using the tracking number that is provided. This is just a scam.

I bought a serum, advertised as from Seapuri, but got a fake one

I bought a serum advertised as from the brand Seapuri. When I got it, the tube was without the brand name, it was blank. I got fake ones. They advertise them as the real ones, but sell fakes. I don’t know if the ingredients are actually the ones on the package as the product is a fake. So I don’t know if it even works a little bit and I am honestly a bit scared to try it, as it might do more damage than good, because I can’t be sure what’s in the product. I realize I shouldn’t have bought this brand on fruugo as I wouldn’t be sure it would be real, but it’s still illegal to advertise something as a brand when it’s obviously a fake. I also see many other products use pictures from real brands, but that aren’t described correctly, so I am suspecting there are a lot of fake products there.

I ordered an item from Fruugo.no

I ordered an item from Fruugo.no, to keep costs in postal services and import duty to a minimum. To my surprise the item was being delivered from Germany so the cost of the item was 899 NOK including VAT however the invoice came to 1502 NOK including postage, not good!
I ordered on 06/05/2025 the item left the suppliers 15/05/2025 again not good! especially for an E-commerce company.
I received the parcel yesterday 21/05/2025, not much to say about that.
but the insult on top of the injury was the 350 NOK I had to pay in import duties. bringing the total to over twice the original price from a .NO website.
I'll never use Fruugo again the experience felt like dealing with scammers

Black wool fedora hat was ruined due to poor packaging

I recently received the hat I ordered from fruugonorge.com (order placed 14 days ago), and I have to be honest - I’m really disappointed with how it was packaged and delivered. I expected more care to be put into it.

The hat itself seemed to be made from the material described (wool) and it looked like it had the right design before shipping, but it arrived very folded and completely compressed in just a few plastic bags, without a box or any protective packaging. No padding, no support, and nothing else to help the hat keep its shape.

As a result, it’s badly deformed and doesn’t resemble the structured hat I ordered (I tried to find a way to include the photos I took of it, but there appears to be no way of doing that, not even through links). The crown is crushed, and the brim is uneven and warped. I’ve tried reshaping it, but it just doesn’t bounce back properly. So it’s not wearable as intended, and that’s incredibly frustrating considering the price I paid (exactly NOK 1 846,49, including shipping).

I genuinely wanted this hat and was excited to receive it, but the lack of proper packaging ruined it. I understand that things can go wrong during shipping, but this feels like a complete lack of care during fulfillment.

I want a refund or at least partial compensation due to this issue.

I advise anyone to take this into consideration before ordering anything from fruugonorge.com.

Fruugo Norge - TOTAL SCAM (for the second time). Please stand clear of this website.

I ordered a charger for the MK Bradshaw smart-watch on the 28th of april 2025

The picture shows a charger and a wire, letting you to belive that this thing can charge your watch. It came in at 39 euro. Now for that price, you sertanly is lead to belive that it has charging-capabilitys.

On the 5th of may it arrived in the mail, it was a fragile silicone stand with no charging capabilites! No wires, no usb-port, nothing, I have a picture of it, but it is not possible to post here.

This is actually the second time i have orderd for Fruugo, the first time it also was a scam, but they reached out to me after posting here, and offerde a refund, so that was a nice thing to do. However, i can not understand why the continue to act in this manner.

So, everyone even thinking about ordering from the Fruugo website, please dont. This is a total scam, and you wil end up wasting both money, time and energy.

Stand clear of Fruugo!
