I have not received my order. With the tracking I can only see where it was dispatched from and no further info. When I went to follow up there's limited options. Don't waste your money shopping here.

Got an article sent through Fruugo from China. Took a week and a half to Brisbane Australia. Communication during this experience was so good and tracking was updated every day. I will definitely us Fruugo in the future.

Ordered a shower spout with diverter
Ordered a shower spout with diverter. It arrived without any issues. The only problem is that it was shipped from China, even though the website says Fruugo Australia. This is not an issue in itself.
The problem with the item is that it does not meet Australian standards. I sent it back and paid for international postage. It appears that this company does not have an agent in Australia.
