I had the same experience as in recent reports. The order was made some time ago and never received it.
I tried to call on phone number (always offline), and the e-mail automatically responds - sorry we are busy.

I also submitted a report to the police, let's see what comes out of it.

They are scammers they have taken my money and not sent out My order like the other reviews say when you email them they say they are busy and will contact you within 24hours they are liars and thieves how is their website still up? and they have added more pics to make it look better so obviously they are doing well scamming us.
They are some evil people out there.

Please do NOT buy anything from this seller. I ordered a helmet for my grandson which didn't arrive, despite several e-mails saying it had been posted. Check the website - there is no address, nor contact name. There is a telephone number which goes to answerphone. After one month and 15 e-mails, I asked my credit card company to retrieve the cost which they did. Like another reviewer, I wish I had read the reviews. I threatened to report him for theft. I am about to contact Companies House, as he seems to start a business, close it after a few months and start another.

Fraudulent! Placed an order, paid for express delivery, nothing received. Cannot get through on the contact number provided and no response to emails.

I will take this further with the ombudsman and keep all posted.

My review sounds very similar to all the other reviews. No product recieved a month after ordering. I have emailed several times and the response is to send out an email back saying they will contact you within 24 hours. They did not. I only wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered

Do not order from this company! Ordered some boxing gloves over 2 and a half weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped and have had no replies to my emails to confirm that they have been shipped.

Ordered a punchbag/slam man on Sunday its now Friday... they don't answer calls or no response otherwise than original confirmation when the took my money. Looks like a charge back via Mastercard for nearly £300. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS NON EXISTENT CON ARTIST

I have ordered over a month ago... I am still to receive my order... I have been responded to 4 times out of problably 15 emails sent . One to say they would look into it which I had to chase again another to say that my package was sent and would be received within couple of days which was never received another one to say soemone will contact me the morning after which I never received any call... amd the last one to advice my gloves were at my nearest post office which I don't get why since I work from home and always there to receive delivery at my house... I am still hoping to receive something and will update my review if it is the case but for now I would advise not to order from this company! WASTE OF MY MONEY SO FAR...

Update: My issue is still not resolved. The guy took the money and ran. I've done some investigation and found that FS Sports is actually registered under the company name FIGHT FIT NE UK LIMITED, Sunderland. The director is Antony Dixon, born Oct 1980. Interestingly, there was another sporting goods company that opened and then dissolved by Anthony (with h) Dixon, born Oct 1980: OLYMPIA FIGHTWEAR LTD.

If you check the reviews for these three companies (Olympia Wear, FS sports, Fight fit) on Trustpilot, you can see that this guy is a scammer. I just don't understand why he is not in prison yet.

Update: I've tried to contact your company several times. The phone number doesn't work, the emails are not replied. I paid for a 2-day delivery over a week ago and since then there is no update. The fact that your company can reply to negative reviews on this site but not direct messages reflects very badly on you. My order number is 121662, and if I ever get this issue resolved, I'll update my review. Are you going to ship my order or send a refund?!

The customer service number is not a valid phone number, cannot connect. I placed an order a week ago, received a notification that the order was shipped 3 days ago. However, when I click on the link to check delivery status, the website says that the order is accepted and awaiting to be dispatched. Contacted customer service on several occasion via email and they failed to respond within 24hrs as promised. It seems to be a fraud company. Avoid.

Excellent customer service. The whole process has been easy and hassle free and I’d definitely use the company again.

Wish i would of read these reviews before I ordered shin gaurds, ordered 10 days ago, received email saying they have my order and taken the money, iv emailed for an update and nothing, not answering the calls either, will be contacting my bank to retrieve the money 😢

Issue has now been sorted and money refunded. Spoke to owner and all sorted and not a scam as I mistakenly stated.

I placed an order for Top Ten Kick Pads and unfortunately there was no stock. I received a call from the FS team & explored different options but none of them were suitable.

The team promptly initiated a refund. Thank you.

AVOID. A very bad experience . If you want to be ignored then fobbed off, if you want to worry whether or not you will receive you items then this is the site for you. This guy is a potential scammer, ignoring and refusing to give refunds. Only when I told him that I know his suppliers (whom he wants to be a official distributor for) and that I had informed them, he then eventually sent my stuff (16 days later) and still got my order wrong, taking money for more expensive stuff and sending me cheaper stuff. It’s not worth the hassle and worry. I would never again purchase from this company and I tell all my friends the same.
Regarding your reply…..Stop lying! I ordered my items 20th Sept 2022 and they arrived 6th October 2022. Now you want to blame it on a postal strikes? Well the only strike dates for that time frame were only Fri 30th Sept and Sat 31st Sept 2022, only two days out of the 16 days I quoted! And yes you told me on one of our calls that you wouldn’t give me a refund, so once again stop lying. If I didn’t contact Kenny (director) of Fairtex who you’re keen to be an official distributor for, I believe you wouldn’t have send my items to me. Now regarding sending me cheaper hand wraps, you’re right, you did say you would refund me my wraps but tbh I would rather make a loss of £4 than deal with you again! And after putting up the review why on earth were you sending me texts and calling me after 10pm, just because I posted a bad review of you? Who do you think you are? You have no right to bug me just because I told the truth. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Everyone stay away from this dodgy unprofessional fella!!!

Orderd a pair of MTG Pro gloves from FS Sports, they emailed me to say they didn't have the the colour I wanted in 16oz but they have another. Agreed to the change and gloves arrived a few days later. Good quality gloves, good service.

Ordered a new pair of fairtex shorts while a 20% off promotion on the website was running so received the shorts at a decent price. Initially I got email a DHL tracking number which wasnt updating. With that, I phoned up the shop and spoke with a member of staff who gave me a revised tracking number and the shorts turned up this morning. No complaints with the service I've received.

They sorted my first order which was a single item that I had to hassle to even get after paying for so I gave them a second chance and they have done it again
now my second order is over a week late they sent a pair of gloves which was one item from my multiple item order the gloves being 10 pound so 80 pounds worth still missing and getting no response from customer support
Phoned multi times yesterday and it just rings and rings if the rest of my items ain’t deliver today ill be reporting it to my bank as FRAUD

I ordered points gloves but FS didn't have the size I wanted. I spoke over the phone to FS to change my order which was done promptly. I received my order next day in Northern Ireland. I can't fault ordering, customer service contact and delivery. I will be be getting more equipment for FS in the near future and recommend them.

Always able to contact them and kept us updated, initial delay unexpectedly because size out of stock but contacted me to order different shorts which then were promptly delivered.

Shorts seem good quality too.
