Full Spectrum Education has gone above and beyond in supporting our family. We’ll absolutely continue enrolling our kids in their program throughout their entire school journey.

I was thrilled to recently receive a Justin Hodges signed 2025 Broncos jersey through a school event supported by Full Spectrum Education — and what an amazing time to receive it with the Brisbane Broncos Premiership win this year! 🏉

While my personal interaction with Full Spectrum has been brief, the experience was genuinely positive and memorable. From the moment I met Ben Maher and received the jersey, I could see the care and enthusiasm this organisation brings to the school community.

The connection with Justin Hodges made the moment even more special. Not only is Justin a true Broncos legend — but he also gives back in a meaningful way off the field. Since retiring from professional rugby league, Justin has been involved in mentoring and community programs aimed at supporting young people, especially through wellbeing and school engagement initiatives.

I’ve also learned that Justin has played an ongoing role in school-based mentoring programs, inspiring students to set goals, stay engaged in their education, and unlock their potential.

Even though my daughter’s experience with Full Spectrum is just beginning, it’s clear to me that the organisation partners with passionate people who genuinely support students’ growth — both inside and outside the classroom. I’m happy to recommend Full Spectrum Education and look forward to seeing the continued impact they have on students and families.

Full Spectrum has been a great been an incredibly supportive and fulfilling place to work, I've been with them since 2020. It’s a wonderful organization committed to making a real difference. Ben, Jonothon and the team truly cares about both tutors and students, and helping achieve goals. Tony really helped our year 12 son consolidate his learning in Physics and Methods and prepare well for his final exams. Tony was personable, prepared and great at understanding our son's strengths and weaknesses and instilling confidence in him.

Alex has listened to the individual needs of our children and provided us with the right tutors for each of them. Skyler has a great connection with each of our children and they have gained confidence and this has reflected on their individual progress this year. Steven is a magician in math and provided so much support for our son.

I’d like to extend my deepest gratitude to Howard, my son’s tutor, for his unwavering support and dedication over the past four years. His thoughtful guidance has really helped our son grow and feel much more confident with English. We’ve been lucky to have him on this journey.

Full Spectrum Education has truly delivered on our expectations as parents. From the quality of the tutor we received to their reliability, professionalism in communication and lesson structure, which has been handled in a consistent manner. Full Spectrum Education has understood the student’s needs and was able to match a really good tutor to that student’s needs. This has given us confidence to see her progress. I’m not a current parent client, but I’ve met Ben, Justin, and the Full Spectrum Education team several times and have been genuinely impressed. They’re the kind of leaders who set a higher bar for what tutoring can be - pairing expert, one-on-one teaching with real care for kids and families. Their focus on confidence, study skills, and wellbeing (not just marks) is exactly what education needs right now.

Beyond tutoring, their vision and programs are about helping kids, supporting families, and ultimately making the world a better place through education. Good humans doing important work - I’d recommend Ben, Justin and the FSE team without hesitation.

We have just engaged Full Spectrum once again, this time for our younger son in year 11.

Our eldest son, whilst he was far from an academic managed to succeed and pass year 12, which we never imagined would happen. Then landed a fabulous cadetshop. This would not have happened without the help of the FS Team!

This time around, we hit the ground running, ensuring Coop has every tool needed to follow his chosen career. I can't wait to watch Coop unlock his full potential with the help of FS.
