Avoid.

I was sent to this site from retailer Sofia & Spritz handbags after I clicked on "do you want free delivery?" on their payment page. Then a window popped up from FSHIPP.COM saying 0.00p had been deducted from my credit card and gave no reason. I immediately cancelled my order with Sofia & Spritz and then I was sent an email from fshipp.com notifying me that unless I cancelled my subscription with them I would be charged a monthly fee of £69! I am 76 and do not appreciate the underhand way I was tricked into subscribing to this site especially as I had already cancelled the order with Sofia & Spritz and I definitely didn't authorise the subscription to fshipp.com. I have emailed them twice at the email address they supplied in the email they sent to me to cancel the subscription but so far I have not received any reply except for their reply below which is incorrect. See other complaints on this site about exactly the same thing. I am not the only one that this has happend to. UPDATE Nancy from fshipp.com emailed me today to assure me my subscription has now been cancelled!

Just charged me £69 for a subscription…

Just charged me £69 for a subscription I didn’t sign up for?! This might be a legitimate company but this is very dodgey. Now I have to waste my time blocking the subscription and try to stop my money going out.

Scam

I was checking my accounts and noticed 3 payments of £19.90 had been taken out of one of my accounts by this company. I had never heard of this company and had no idea how I might have signed up to it - it is certainly not something I want or need. I contacted my bank are completing an investigation. My money got refunded and subscription to a service I never knowingly signed up to was cancelled. I had to get my bank card cancelled.
Really shocked that this is a reputable company with positive reviews.

EDIT FOLLOWING RESPONSE OF COMPANY: I never knowing signed up to any trial and never would. It doesn’t matter that you can cancel a sign up to a company you have never heard of or had any confirmation of a sign up. My bank contacted me to ask if this is fraud. You know what you are doing. I will not respond or reach out. I hope you don’t scam anyone vulnerable. Like you would care anyway
