While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

FSMsmart scam company

FSMsmart as everybody has discovered is a scam company. They are unlicensed and unregulated and therefore have no connection to any markets. It is a computer game that emulates the markets with live feeds. It is a complete sham no money is being made or lost. It pains me to say but I’ve lost over US$300,000 to them.

They get you interested and appeal to the greed in us all by initially making good apparent profits including CFD equity trades during earnings seasons. They use this apparent success to persuade you to put more and more money into your phoney account. They will never give you your money back or perhaps a titbit to make it seem legit and entice you.

The money you transfer via credit or debit card or by wire immediately goes offshore via a bank in the US, UK, St Julians?, Tallinn Estonia, Malta…. There is no real money in your account and any p/l is computer generated from the sham trading.

If anyone has any knowledge of their whereabouts please share on this website.

Look at the YouTube clip below which is from the AMF Quebec (Canada).
Type ;'Attention a FSM Smart' into Google, Third item down.

Names, to look out for are Jane Bayer (so called trader), Marco (a boss man!), Nicky (male from Canada?, finance), John Roy (so called investment expert) KEEP WELL AWAY, JUST SAY FO.
