The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a scam warning for this company in March 2024 with the instructions 'You should avoid dealing with this firm'. You can find the link at the top of this Trustpilot page. Unfortunately, this was after I had made an investment. I have been trying to withdraw my funds with no success. I have also tried to contact the advisor who was assigned to me via email, text and phone call with no reply. The contact link on their web site does not work and they do not provide a phone number or mailing address. I have re-read the original news article that directed me to their web site and it turns out to be completely fake. DO NOT invest in this business.

UPDATE - They have since contacted Trustpilot asking me to remove the name of the advisor who was assigned to me. It speaks volumes that they haven't disputed any of the points in my review.

I also strongly believe that Ft-group is a scam. Why can't I get in touch with this people even though it says it has an ´´24/5´´ support. Can´t withdraw my money. I am commenting for someone else so don´t say that my account can´t be found in the database, because it isn't. Please drop an email-adress or phone number so that I could have a proper contact with you.

This company is a SCAM 100%, don't believe anything they say. In December I was contacted by one of their agent and asked me to deposit £215 minimum payment to invest. I watched my account grow to £24,000 by the begining of February.

I was contacted mid February and advised that if I wanted to continue trading I would need to deposit £6,000 to increase my account to £30,000 which give me a tax free status. I told Evelyn Anders (probably fake name) that I did not have that money. She offered to provide a loan to cover the amount which I declined.

A few weeks later Frank Heitmann (probably fake) said he will close my account as requested. He remote on my labtop and did the tranfer to my OKX account. He wanted to remote on my mobile which was declined due to sensitive information. Then I received an email from OKX which state that my account has a limit of £1,000 and I would have to deposite £9,600 to get to £24,000 nrelease. I told him I did not have this amount to deposit and he offered to get a loan to cover the amount and when I get the £24,000 + £9,600 I can repay the loan.

I told him no way and I never hear from them again although I tried to make several contact. I knew this company was a big SCAM hence why I did not to up any of their offers. 100% a SCAM AND THEY GEY ZERO STAR.

What a terrible experience this has been for me, awful people to deal with. This is a total Scam !!! I thought its was good initially but that was only while I was investing money, when I changed my mind about investing another £2500 they were ringing me and shouting and abusive Verbally. I asked them to close my account because of this and send me my money. They said that the had done this and then said that Blockchain had stopped it !! What a joke, never again. Do not use this company !!!!!

SCAM do not use they will rape you of your honest money I have nothing positive to say about this complete group of scammers they will use honest companies and clone there names and process to look like your dealing with legitimate company’s but check the email address it’s sent from it’s them scamming you how this keeps happening I don’t know come on people put a stop to these low life’s I’m sure you still have all details of the people you have robbed money off

Avoid at all costs - total scam. Where do I start!

- Requested account to be closed and money transferred. Nothing has happened, There is no reason for a delay. Broker still keeps contacting me and leaving messages to continue and so they have taken no notice of instruction and certainly no action.

- Don't give them your number. They will harrass you. I went through a particularly stressful time recently. I let them know and they still kept calling. Which by the way is a different number every time.

- Send me emails from a weird domain. When you try to respond the messages bounce back so they can continue to stalk you. In addition they ignore emails to the FT Group email address which do not bounce back.

- They will also endlessly chase you via What's App messaging.

- Tried the contact form on the main website and no surprise you cannot contact them as it does not work.

If I could give a zero I would.

Please do not publish your standard customer service response as you obviously have not actioned anything following past comments - which by the way do not even provide a customer service contact point to sort things out further. Please just process my account closure and funds transfer.

After been given Elizabeth as an advisor, she rang serval times , built up a relationship! Told me about her son !! And mother who lived local to her . Want me to set up bank accounts with chase, kracken and another company . All the time the money invested was going up , she assured me she was not a scammer and stupidly I trusted her , even thought I had doubts. The last call I had with her she wanted me to set up a wallet! But wanted access to my phone , when I said no , her attitude changed massively. I have tried to get in contact never replies, asked for my money back nothing ! My account has stopped growing now so , I am sure it was not a proper account they were making it look a good investment.

When I started the investment I confirmed with her it would be easy to get the money out . She said no problem. I am very new to this crypto investing so had a lack of understanding, just wanted to invest some money for grandchildren in the future .

Just be very careful if you still want to invest with these people .

It’s not the money , it’s the principle. Don’t know how these people can do this sort of thing , there families must be so proud .

143 you have now told my bank your not a scam ! If that’s the case why has my investment!! Not moved in 3 weeks and can I have the money you owe me , being your totally honest!!!

Well, according to FT-Group I had £10,000 in OKX awaiting collection. Go to OKX to release funds and I get "To prove liquidity you have to deposit 50% of the amount, then we will release your funds and return the 50%." I did this and sure enough the full £15,000 was released. Only to be stopped by Blockchain. Blockchain algorithm is saying - once again "deposit 50% of your £15,000 to prove liquidity." There it awaits my deposit. I never even wanted to trade bitcoin!! The problem for FT-Group is that they rely on small investors and no small investor is going to have the finance to jump through all the hoops! Having spoken with my FT-Group adviser we are becoming convinced that the obstacles to withdrawal are put in place by UK Financial Services - nobody else has to pay 50% up front! Well the response from FT-Group is a fat lot of good. Who exactly do I supply my details to?!

Yep it's scam, cowboys, with a slick trading user interface, when you try to withdraw which you only do into crypto, it says your transaction has been successful, but nothing happens! There is £2500 sitting in the account, no one answer the phone! The messaging system doesn't work! Just a big lie, thieves really! I will find every website that discussed them to warn off anyone fooled by their insolent scam! I dealt with Adam some dodgy Swedish guy, red flags all over it!
They are using a deep fake of Rishi Sunak on Instagram calling it quantum AI! Very sad to see these people just stealing. I will continue reporting on this experience until a) my money is giving to me and I'm proved wrong or b) they are shut down. Criminals they should be charged a locked up, utterly disgusting!

first of all I was trying to invest in another trading group but some how this ft group jumped in there and I was lead to believe this was the AI company I was to invest in though it wasn't. They then asked to share the controls of my computer to show me how to trade online , like a fool I allowed them access.
I invested £140 and it went to an ft group account which I could see on line . The money started growing every few days . after a few weeks I asked to get some money out but it was tricky as they only pay in crypto currency's , so I had to open up a crypto account and set up a wallet to recieve the crypto currency . I asked for £50 back and it finally arrived after having to talk to my advisor Adam to release the money . since then I have have heard nothing the money is still in the account I have requsted it back but there is no response except an automatically generated email from them say the request is noted but it never gets released to my wallet . This company is a scam , rip off con trick they are fishing for large amounts of money and when they find it in your account they will take it from you . do not trust them it is one big con , I was lucky to get £50 back

Run away fast! They take money from vulnerable people! It is a scam company. You have been warned! ( multiple times seeing the reviews below!) Actually I want my money back!

Since Dec 19, 2023 the fraud/ scam was reported on the Trust Pilot platform. The response from the FT-group on this platform seems to be auto generated. They keep making EMPTY FALSE promises of conducting investigations. After all, can a group of THIEVES/ SCAMMERS investigate themselves? I guess not. I rest my case.

Where do I start? This company and their staff are complete con people ...look up FT Trader on Companies House on the Gov.co.uk site. The Directors live in Derby, UK and have an awful history. They employ staff who have no morals like themselves... Shannon who I dealt with, actually told me the Directors were considering giving me my money back!!! I am a widow of a Metropolitan police officer who served for 33 years and had amazing contacts. These people will be shut down, but unfortunately prayed on weak people like myself.

I have read the 1 star reviews and became very wary. However, my advisor has been making good profit and assisted me with withdrawal. Money came through within an hour. Further update. I initially gave them a 5 star rating. The advisor made incredible profits and decided to withdraw £4500, of the profits to a kraken account. The money went missing and kraken closed my account.
Can't get the money as they control it. Don't know where the £4.5k has gone. Will phone the UK fraud action line as this appears to be money laundering
