Ordered a Single bed for the guest room, arrived quicker than expected and amazing quality for the price!! Great overall experience :)

Ordered a new bed on Tuesday morning and it was delivered on Wednesday morning. Very fast delivery service with smiling courier. Bed is nice, reasonably easy to put together on your own. Decent quality and it all fitted together without problems.

Bought an ottoman bed frame from FTA Furnishing through Wowcher. After 4 months the frame started to come apart and the lift arms jammed. I spent 2 months corresponding with FTA and Wowcher. They repeatedly asked for photos which were sent but only the first set responded to. I now have a nail protruding from the frame but FTA have stopped responding. Do not touch this company under any circumstances. extremely poor quality and no concern for it's customers. £169 down the drain.

Update - Trading Standards have advised, as this has passed 6 months there is nothing I can do. FTA kept me running in circles for 2 months. I cannot think of this as anything but deliberate as they stopped responding at the 6 month mark.

SERIOUSLY BEWARE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME TO AVOID THE SALE OF GOODS ACT

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Our bed is gorgeous, well made, great price and was delivered in 2 days at Christmas time!!! Couldn't be happier!

Bought a ottoman bed from fta furnishing and was great from the start , very quick delivery , good quality . Had small problem with the gas arm but this was sorted out by the after sales very quickly . The after sales kept in touch throughout .

We bought a gas lift small double bed base. Absolutely delighted with it and it took one person 3 hours to make it. Clear instructions provided, beautifully packaged and all parts were there. Spoke to the company about delivery and they were extremely helpful. This bed is excellent value for money. Very satisfied.

Robin in customer service is the worst in history.
This company completely ignore problems with their products.
They make it as difficult as possible for customers to get refunded.
Do not buy from here!!!!!

Possibly one of the worst put together pieces of furniture I’ve ever received. I was told the bed would be delivered a week earlier than it actually did and when it eventually arrived there weren’t any instructions. The bolts would not screw into the bed where the headboard was supposed to got and the fixing actually came out. So after waiting over a week for the bed I couldn’t even put it together. Not impressed!

I purchased a bed from FTA which developed an issue a long time after. I got in touch with them on the off chance that they would help me. The result was fantastic. They shipped out a new part within days, free of charge and would not even accept a small contribution. Really fantastic service, especially from Robin who first fielded my query.
