AN ELABORATE SCAM!

For all intents and purposes, FTUK is certainly not an instant funding prop firm.
Imagine paying for a 14k instant funding account, only to be granted access to a 3,5k demo challenge account that is programmed to fail right from the onset, and the account is hurriedly shut down long before you hit the hard breach drawdown figure.

Imagine being forced to trade with just a single instrument or forex pair and nothing else?

In all honesty, it is actually an elaborate scam and nothing much more than that.

The response from FTUK only goes to confirm that it's a deliberately orchestrated fraud claiming to be an instant funding prop firm because it didn't attempt to refute the fact that I indeed paid for a 14k instant funding account but was only given access to a 3.5k demo challenge account that was programmed to fail, ab initio.

Even the false claim that news trading was allowed, wasn't anything more than mere contrived falsehood, because the trading platform was routinely frozen or deactivated at every instance of any semblance of unusual volatility.

And of course, I have already presented a clear evidence of my account's position in a screenshot to prove that it never had any drawdown of up to 8% to have necessitated the fraudulent claim of a hardbreach.

We both know that I was restricted to trade only xauusd, and if you can prove me wrong by showing anywhere I was actually allowed to trade any other instrument, then I will reconsider my present position.

Again I say it as it truly is, it is my considered opinion that FTUK is certainly not an instant funding prop firm, but basically operating as an elaborate scam and nothing much more than that, as far their false claim of providing an instant funding account is concerned.

And by this right of response, I am also putting on public record that on several fronts, FTUK deliberately orchestrated a breach of trust in the agreement they wilfully entered with me to provide me with a 14k instant funding account on the 6th day of the month of August 2024.

Dear Nsidibeabasi,

Thank you for your feedback!

Following a thorough review of your account, we must respectfully inform you that your review is completely inaccurate. We have provided you with support via email regarding your $14,000 instant funding program. When traders sign up to our programs the starting balance is shown on the checkout page and scaling plan stating the initial balance of $3,500.

The breach on your account was clearly explained, and unfortunately, you have reached the drawdown limit. We provided you with your trading statement where you have clearly lost more than 8% on your account where you equity reached $3,217. We never force any traders to operate with just a 'single instrument' and you are welcome to trade many different markets within your margin requirements.

Should you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us at support@ftuk.com. We are committed to addressing your inquiries promptly and transparently.

Your feedback is important to us, and we are always working to enhance our services. We wish you success in your future trading endeavours.

Kind regards,
FTUK

10000 Instant funding is not good

Instant funding is cool
But a 10000 dollar account only give you a 2500 balance you have to make 250 to get payed out but you don't even have 10000 to trade with only 2500 so you can only trade cents to hit that Target balance it's going to take a month to make 250 dollars it's not worth it to me I have not tried any other accounts on site wasted 200 dollars

Dear Justin,

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you appreciate the instant funding program. However, we'd like to clarify how the $10,000 account works. The $2,500 balance you're referring to is the initial starting capital, while the program allows traders to trade up to $640,000 upon reaching the required profit targets. This structure is designed to manage risk responsibly while giving traders room to grow their accounts.

We understand that it may take time to hit the profit target, but many traders find this approach effective for building sustainable long-term success. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to help!

FTUK

Refusal to pay, non-compliance with contract terms, modification of initial conditions, fraud.

I am posting this message to inform readers of FTUK's dishonest and fraudulent practices regarding unjustified payment refusals, modifications to the initial conditions to favor the trader's failure, failure to respect the terms of the contract and their commitments, as well as the strategies employed to force the trader to risk his own profits instead of Propfirm's capital.

I have been an independent trader for 6 years and have a very good experience of the financial markets.

In January 2024, I launched a $90,000 instant funding auction at FTUK for the price of $1,200 with a maximum static drawdown of 8%, which means that the account is immediately funded and the profits generated are real.
(In reality, the starting account is $22500, so why talk about instant funding at $90,000? This is already a strange and misleading aspect).

In 2 months, I managed to reach my profitability target of 10%, respecting all FTUK's instructions and breaking no rules.

Despite this, I received an e-mail from FTUK refusing to pay me my profits, trying to justify itself by saying that my methodology has a negative risk/return and that this is illogical.
A methodology with a very high percentage of winning trades, as is my case, very often has a negative R/R, it's a recurring thing and there's nothing illogical about it.
What is illogical is to judge the profitability of a methodology on the basis of R/R without taking into account the percentage of winning trades.

This in no way justifies refusing to pay, as this is an instant-funding account, which means that the profits generated are real, so they have no right to refuse to pay if the target is achieved within the initial guidelines set by FTUK, which is my case.

If it's so important to FTUK that the trader's methodology has a positive R/R, that must be in the initial instructions, otherwise it's dishonest to refuse payment on that basis.

They offered to take me to the next stage only if I agreed to modify the initial conditions, with a max drawdown of 6% instead of 8% and follower instead of static (clearly disadvantageous conditions favoring trader failure).
They also offered to pay me only if I reached 6% profitability in the 2nd stage (why believe them, since any argument can be used to refuse payment).

In my haste, I accepted the new max drawdown terms, but not the payment terms, so I asked them the following question:

"Under the terms of the contract, do you have the right to refuse my payment?"
I never got an answer...

Disregarding my question about my payment, they took me to the next step as if I had accepted all the conditions.

Without informing me, they factored into the starting capital of the 2nd step the profits made during the 1st step, so that the starting capital was not $90,000 but $91810 with, of course, the max drawdown follower adjusted to this amount.
In other words, I was no longer risking Propfirm's money, but my own - crazy!

I contacted support several times to claim my payment, complaining that the terms of the contract had not been respected, but I never got any response other than a refusal, and later even an absence of response.

Having realized that I'd been scammed, I abandoned my account, which sank to the max drawdown, as it was obvious that there was no point in continuing to work and waste my time.

To sum up:

-All payouts can be refused with unjustified and arbitrary arguments regardless of the initial instructions and whether the goal has been reached.

-Initial conditions can be changed at any time to favour the trader's failure.

-Profits made can be incorporated into the initial capital at the next stage, so in addition to not getting paid, you're risking your own money rather than Propfirm's.

By paying $1200 for a direct-funded account, you risk being at a greater disadvantage than for a normal $599 audition.

Currently, FTUK still owes me the $1810 corresponding to my profits.

So I'm going to ask FTUK a question (and again, I don't think I'll get an answer).

Do you have the right to refuse a payment to a trader with a direct-funded account, who has reached the target by complying with all the instructions previously established by yourself and by not having broken any rules? (which is my case in step 1 of the direct-funded account).

-If so, how can we trust your own instructions and commitment?
-If not, why haven't I received my money yet?

They'll certainly respond by claiming that many traders are delighted and that everything is going well at FTUK, whereas they're currently experiencing a tsunami of non-payment complaints and a significant drop in their rating.

You can find my message on FTUK's Twiter, FB and Insta pages, and contact me to obtain a file with all the information you need to prove that what I'm saying is true.

Dear Benjamin,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced. As a company, we are committed to ensuring that our traders have a positive and fulfilling experience, and we regret that we fell short of meeting your expectations.

Upon reviewing your account, we have noticed that you unfortunately reached the drawdown limit. In your review, you mentioned purposely reaching the drawdown limit with the intent to "abandon" the account. Perhaps it would have been more appropriate to reach out to us at that stage rather than waiting until you had reached your drawdown before leaving your negative review.

We want to assure you that we always ensure our traders are paid, and there are no profit-sharing arrangements or pending payments owed to you due to the significant losses on your account.

Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we encourage you to contact us at support@ftuk.com to discuss any specific concerns or issues you may have. We genuinely regret seeing your 1-star review, and we sincerely wish you the utmost success in all your future trading endeavours.

Kind regards,
FTUK

Their scaling plan is brilliant

Their scaling plan is brilliant. Every time I hit a 10% profit target, my balance increases, and I’m able to trade with more capital. Couldn’t ask for better.

Scams and frauds

Don’t go to them, they will never give u any withdrawal rather than blaming you for breaching rules. I followed every single rule but still they rejected it and closed my account saying my trading style is not good because i didn’t put stop loss. I have proof for putting stop loss on every single trade which i am gonna post here.

You can see they replied saying I didn’t follow stoploss rule. Tbh there was one trade which i did at beginning of my trading account and I received an email saying it’s a soft breach so be careful and I didn’t started any trade after that without stoploss and their response was my TRADING STYLE IS NOT SUITABLE. please read all the 1 star reviews, each and everyone is a victim of them and all 4-5 star ones are new fake accounts created by them. Be aware everyone, and if it happens with you please post ur review here.
