Customer service was quick and…

Customer service was quick and responsive. A replacement part was shipped immediately and I was up and running in a week. They even included the tool necessary to swap out the part. I feel confident that if something needs service or replacement in the future, Fucare will do it’s best to support me.

Quality product and super long battery…

Quality product and super long battery life. Best all around electric bike that handles different terrains very well. I use this bike daily and bring camping hiking every time. Manufacture has always been responsive to all requests with no real issues.

Great Customer Service

Right from the beginning with the issue of both batteries not working. Fucare Customer Service was working with me all the way. They walked me through the whole process and I got the batteries fixed.

My experience …

Fucare bikes are very nice riding I've only had it a few days but has been a solid ride. It would be nice if they had more customer service in canada but after dealing with them they pulled through on some delivery issues I had. Unlike some of the ebike companies they work hard with the staff they have to keep you satisfied. Also the packing job is top notch and assembly was easy.

Beware there is no actual customer service

Very Important! Before thinking of buying from FucareBike, please read this Review.

They claim that they have a customer service and that they can be reached via phone,text(sms),form on website and e-mail.

Here's my experience on trying to reach them for the past 3 days.

-Via Phone 1-262-412-0415 , I tried over 50 times in the past 3 days, it either rings and go to voicemail or it goes to voicemail directly ( Their voicemail is FULL so you can't leave a voicemail).

-Via Text send several texts for the past 3 days, no answer.

-Via the 24/7 service chat they claim is always available.. same thing been waiting for 3 days no answer.

-Via the form that I filled on website, same thing been waiting for 3 days no answer.

I also tried to reach them on Facebook and Twitter .. and you guessed it.. no answer.

Solid, Comfortable, and Reliable - A Great Choice for Heavier Riders!

As a heavier rider, finding a bike that feels sturdy and comfortable has always been a challenge. I recently purchased the Fucare Scorpio, and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations!

First off, the build quality is exceptional. The frame is robust and provides a very stable ride, which gives me a lot of confidence on the road. The seat is comfortable, and the overall ergonomics of the bike fit my body type well, making long rides enjoyable rather than a chore.

The power assistance is a game-changer. It helps me tackle hills and longer distances without the strain I've felt on other bikes. The battery life is also impressive, allowing me to go on extended rides without worrying about running out of power.

Additionally, the Scorpio's suspension system deserves a shout-out. It smooths out bumps and potholes, making for a smooth ride on varied terrains. This feature, combined with the solid tires, makes this bike ideal for both urban and trail environments.

Customer service was top-notch too. The team was helpful and responsive, making the purchasing process smooth and hassle-free.

Fucare was awesome in dealing with the…

Fucare was awesome in dealing with the exchange of our pannier bags for baskets for our new Fucare bikes which are fantastic. They were very prompt with returning my emails and gave me an awesome solution to our dilemma. I would recommend this company not only for their fantastic bikes, which are super quality and awesome to ride, but also their amazing customer service. Thanks again for everything.

I bought one of the Fucare bikes and it…

I bought one of the Fucare bikes and it broke down 6 tmes in 3 months.
at 3 months the electrical components failed and the hub motor burnt up.
Customer service is not with it.
and I have nearly given up on repairing the bike and may promise further action. go after them the New York minute way.

Very reliable.

I purchased the Gemini X in May 2023 and have put almost 1800 miles on it as a daily commuter.
It's 12 miles to work and back plus grocery shopping and laundry. my only complaint is there is no rear suspension on the bike.
This bike is very solid and proved to be reliable in all type's of weather. I've rode in rain and cold as low as 16f temps plus wind chill. I will buy Fucare again.

Gemini X is amazing, warranty claim went through

I bought a Gemini X back in May 2023 and I love this bike. I'm a solid chunk of a man and so is this bike. I've put 1800km on it so far and only minor issues (stripped crank, sticky brake sensors) but nothing worth reaching out to the company for. Until...

My motor started making a grinding noise. Took it to a bike shop that offered diagnostic services and they were less than useless. Reached out to Fucare, reached out again, and then again, and again...

Three weeks it took them to respond. You might be wondering why I left five stars. Well, they sent a new motor. I got it, installed it, and it works like a charm. So, while the speed of customer service response wasn't ideal, eventually they made me whole and that's what really counts. I'm willing to cut them some slack because customer service in North America is broken and I think that the expectations are too high. And they make a great product.

I just bought a Fucare Gemini (mid Sept…

I just bought a Fucare Gemini (mid Sept 2023) with all terrain tires and two 15 amp batteries and I am really enjoying it. It has most of the options I wanted on an Ebike but really great so far is the range using the two batteries. I was able to get 120 kilometers before my batteries needed to be recharged and they were at 30% charge left. I was pleased with this after my first use consisted of throttle and PAS use and figure I could get 130 to 150 kilometers range of I was more careful and used PAS more carefully. I am running tires with 25 to 30 psi in them along with "Flat-out"tire sealant installed. I adjusted the various parameters that help improve my bikes performance, such as top speed (32k) for Canada, changed tires size to 22" which closely matches actual tire diameter and the speed/distance is now very accurate. Lastly I adjusted the final speed for each PAS level to my comfort. I have also ordered pedal extenders as my heels kept hitting the back frame, which I hope addresses this problem. It's because the frame curves out to accommodate the 20" fat tires on this bike.
My one complaint seems to be slow response of customer service here in Canadian Fucare office. I hope this gives some insight into this great little bike.

Second thought review

I have deleted my previous review of 3 points as I was completely frustrated with the very poor customer service however upon filing a dispute case with PayPal the company personal reached out and shipping the defective parts which so far arrived pretty fast and in addition they credited me $300 as their price went on discount for Canada day. I really like the bike as it is the best quality for money currently on the market. Bike is heavily built to last for long time. If they only could fix their C/S they will be able to dominate the market.

Update July 24-2023 : I have received the spare parts as described and also got $300 credit to my card. I am really happy with the bike's quality and performance. It is one of the best options for the cost on the market and if Customer service to improve their product could be a leader in sales.

Customer service will not reply. Phone numbers don't go through. Fn joke. No matter how good the bike is won't fix customer service.

Cross your fingers

This is a second updated review …

The Good …
Price - A full suspension ebike for 1300?!?
Power - I’m just south of 300 and hit 28mph in the flat.

The Bad …
Stability - it’s wobbly; the front wheel is too close.
Reliability - My battery blew quicker than a $2 hooker.

The Ugly …
Support - Like I said, ugly.

I originally gave this bike 2 stars but a couple of things have made me update that. Yes, my battery failed, and yes, getting support to honor the warranty was a HUMUNGOUS headache. But they did.

Also, the battery is as they claim which I didn’t actually expect it to be: It is a 52-cell pack made up of LG 21700 4.8Ah cells.

The delivery was surprisingly fast.

This bike is built, overbuilt even. I’m confident that I can beat the balls off of it without fear of structural failure.

The bottom line … For 1300 you get a lot of bike but you also get a lot of uncertainty. If you’re on a budget, strap in and pray you get a good one and if you don’t, be prepared to do the support shuffle and hustle.

My first electric bike - great experience on it.

Easy to assemble and use. Test ride it immediately. Fast n powerful, it’s out of my expectations. Accelerate uphills, decent range, I had a really wonderful experience with this bike! Love my FM31 and appreciate Fucare’s work!
