The flowers that I ordered are beautiful and I am really happy! I ordered some flowers that were not available, but a representative of the store contacted me, explained the situation in a very nice and friendly way and then announced me about the date when the flowers that I want would be available and they will be shipped towards me. I was really happy that they send my package on the exact date that they told me to, but my packages was left in front of my door. Even though nobody could be home when the delivery company reached our address, I still think it's not a great service to just leave the package at the door, outside our home :(
Overall I am really happy with my order, but I cannot give a 5 starts review

Regarding your critics about the delivery, it's written in the terms and conditions you agree when you order, it will be delivered by the transport company, but if you are not home it will be delivered in front of your door. We are sorry you didn't see that part and was expecting something else.
