Experience and customer service was as expected pretty quickly to resolve my exchange. However the mail delivery time on both occasions were slow (takes long to receive product).
As for the shoes it’s self, I’m keeping them cause I have thrown the shoe box already but truth be told my Sambas are much more comfortable and lighter than these Fuegos

This is my third pair of split soles. I love the support, ease of pivots and turns, I dance better in them!! Most of the dancers in my line dance class wear them to class. You will not be sorry if you buy a pair of Fuego’s!

Dissatisfied customer
Buying was easy. But, I fell for the hype. My $160.00 dance sneakers don't spin any better than my 3 pairs of China-made dance sneakers. They also say you can dance on most floors. No better floor than lamite floors for a class. My Fuego sneakers sounded like I was dancing on gravel. I paid $90.00 for three pairs of China made dance sneakers. That's $30.00 a pair. I could have bought 5 pairs for what I paid for The Fuegos. Never again.

I bought the cute blue sneakers. They are true to size, very soft and cushiony. The second set of laces are much better. This only small thing is the tongue on one sneaker does not stay centered and moves to the side.

One old guys opinion 😊
I am a 60-year-old male who has been ballroom dancing, more specifically swing dancing, for three years. I have a torn meniscus. My dance instructor recommended that I tried the Fuego's. Wow, these shoes have made a HUGE difference. The soreness after dancing. is remarkably less. Pivots and turns are comparably effortless. Very glad I bought them. I love the shoes.

True to size
Easy ordering, prompt shipment. Perfect size (true to size, just follow size chart for measuring feet). I’m normally size 8 and ordered a size 8. Definitely would recommend. Great shoes for line dancing.
