Unfortunately, I was charge correctly for the fuel replacement (as I mistakenly put the wrong fuel in my car). A guy came quite quickly, and i fairly recognise, this is a good service. But this guy told me that we should also add a "miracle" product in order to clean and protect the engine from the wrong fuel I just put in. I said no thanks! Then he tried to start the car without activating the fuel pump ( i didn't know that at the time)..; the car didn't start (obviously.. you need to bring a bit of the new fuel from the tank). he insisted I had to pay for the "miracle" product in order to make the car work... and charged me 300 pounds extra. for a product you must find in any store at 15 pounds... anyway. was glad for the service but really upset for being forced to add some product... it was a while ago.. i didn't complain at the time. but as i just found the bill in a drawer, it came back to me and felt I have to warn other drivers if it happens to them. Sorry for that...

Fuel fix came out after I put petrol in my diesel van.

The drainer Szilard was fast , efficient and very friendly, also very tidy.

After putting petrol into a diesel car, I panicked but luckily Pete from Fuel Fixer came to my rescue. He arrived within an hour and he put my mind at rest and soon I was on my way. Pete was happy and friendly and if I am daft enough to do this again, I will ring for Pete straight away (I'm not doing it again).

Engineer that came broke bonnet release handle and didn’t say anything but he put a note on invoice that it was faulty which is not the correct as I used it to open bonnet the day before and Regularly open the bonnet to check oil I’ve had the car for two years and it’s never been a problem opening the bonnet before emailed them several times and they never reply

Hubby put £40 of petrol into our diesel car. Rang Fuel Fix and it was sorted in less than an hour. Cannot praise the service enough. Guy that came out was helpful and competent sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Top marks from us so grateful.

A fantastic job was completed today, just sorry I didn't catch his name, but he was Hungarian. Did a great job no mess, cannot that the guy enough. My wife was so upset that her car was not working, because she had put some diesel in the petrol engine (not good). But now she is a happy lady again.

Great service, they kept me informed on every stage of the repair and the repair is excellent.

This company was an absolute godsend. My boyfriend accidentally put petrol in my diesel Vauxhall Mokka. We managed to get home but it started spluttering and shut down on my driveway when we were heading out for an evening drive. Called Fuel Fix and the engineer was with us in about 45 mins. Car was drained and flushed, fully operational within 30 mins. Seems to even run smoother and quieter now. Can't fault the service at all.

Fuelfix came out to me within an hour of calling. The guy was from High Wycombe but didn’t get his name. He drained the tank, refilled with £20 worth of Diesel and charged me £280. He was efficient & extremely knowledgable. He even followed us to the petrol station incase there was an airlock after refuelling and waited till we started the car again. 1 extremely relieved & very satisfied customer. The guy who fixed my car is a credit to the company. Many thanks.

I put unleaded into a Diesel engine... silly mistake whilst tired. I had to leave the vehicle overnight as I couldn’t sort it at 11pm on 30/12. However the next day arrangements were made to meet me and the operative was friendly and professional.. sorry don’t have the name he was from High Wycombe Area which was over 100 miles from my vehicle - so I’m very appreciative on New Years Eve. Excellent service

Unfortunately I put unleaded in diesel van. Nice guy called Sam/High Wycombe came to my rescue. Within 15 mins vehicle was operational...... Rated 10/10!!!!

Call handler Alex was good and offered £20.00 worth fuel free.
Operative on the site (Shadab) arrived later than expected citing traffic delays which is acceptable. He was friendly until the invoice was produced. I was told that if I book the service whilst on the initial call, £20.00 worth fuel will be free. Itemised invoice allowed £20.00 for fuel. When I questioned that, Shadab turned hostile. He made a racial slur and threatened to call police. He was not ready to listen to my explanation. I had to all the call handler again. I felt threatened as Shadab was interrupting my phone call and forcing me to pay.

I have to say that this experience left me shaken. I don't think I can recommend this service to others.

From the second I dialed the number it was clear that I had rung the right place. The operator was calm and sorted everything out for me, he knew what he was talking about and asked all the right questions. When the engineer arrived he was larger than life and made me feel lesson stupid for filling my car with the wrong fuel. He quickly drained the tank, cleaned the lines and wait while the car was started and moved. Fantastic company!
