Garbage Service and Product

Terrible customer service.

They manufactured their product poorly and made errors …. They packaged extra pieces of one drawer and not enough of the other…. I could not complete assembly.

I provided them with the SKU And item number as well as photos of their manufacturing error mistake and asked to have the extra drawer piece sent.

They said they are unable to help me.

An absolute joke and poor quality furniture to be honest..

Will never order from this company again or recommend it.

I ordered a bookcase with three glass…

I ordered a bookcase with three glass doors and four drawers. I am not pleased with this product. I paid 416 dollars for it. It was engineered wrong. holes were not where they were supposed to be. Finally got it together, tried to stand it up. It fell apart and the wood shredded. Could not put it back together. It is a piece of junk. Parts were broken also. Would cost more to return than it is worth. Only part that could be used is the bottom with the drawers. I am very disappointed. A waste of money. Will never buy furniture from you again. Bought it July 4, 2024. It arrived in a timely manner. It is going in the dump.

Purchased an item from a vendor and…

Purchased an item from a vendor and hardware is missing. I have been trying to get assistance for weeks now. Experience has been horrible. Even offered to buy hardware but I can't get an email response and the phone says the person you are trying to reach has a voicemail that hasn't been set up. I have never experienced such bad customer service.
It's June 20th and I'm still trying to get parts. I've even settled for 1 part that I can't find at hardware store and can't get it.

Their answer to all the reviews I have read say the same thing . If they aren't going to take care of missing pieces because you bought through one of the vendors they supply then maybe they should not offer their products from anyplace but their own website

A part was missing

A part was missing. I phoned and emailed No one got back to me. The phone number is a Maryland number that rings until a recording lets you know the mailbox is full. I've emailed 3 times. No one returned any of them.

Not bad

I've bought furniture from the fufu&gaga a couple of times, and overall I'm quite happy with it, good value for money, fast delivery. Installation is relatively easy. I've bought 1 bed, 2 cabinets and the bed from their platform, good luck to everyone.

Broken pieces, incomplete assembly, no customer service. Terrible, avoid!!

Ordered a sideboard. The box looked like it got shipped through a hurricane: the Styrofoam was Shredded and several pieces were damaged. In a similar vein, the box didn't even contain all the parts needed to assemble the furniture. Then, to add insult to injury, their "customer service" is non existent. The phone number on their website leads to a cell phone in Maryland with no voice-mail. The customer service number printed on the assembly instructions is either a fake number or it auto- disconnects whenever you dial it. Poor shipping, poor assembly, 0/10 on customer service. We're not sure how to get our money back. Avoid this product AT ALL COSTS.

Don't Order from this company

Order a TV stand from this company through Home Depot. The package arrived looking like it had been through a tornado. I opened to box to find 5 out of the 6 legs were missing. Called their support line. It just rang and rang... Needless to say I'm returning the tv stand.
