Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. They sell you goods without paying their tax duties and once you accept a delivery, you will then receive a bill from customs for over 120 Euros. If you refuse to accept delivery, items go back to their store and you never get a refund. They asked me to refuse the parcel, which then will get sent back to them and they will issue me a refund. I've done exactly that, and after all they refused to issue me a refund, and they refused to pay the tax. Now I've paid 320 Euros for goods, 120 Euros for their tax duty and I still don't have the goods with me. That's 440 Euros I've paid for items I have never received!!!
