BAIT & SWITCH
Fulfillit.io advertised that they charged only per case stored a their warehouse, which was great for us a a new seller when starting out and needed just a little bit of storage. HOWEVER, from the very first invoice, they charged us per pallet per day even for one small case. When we reached out they said that they charge per pallet only regardless of how many cases were on the pallet - completely the different from what their website said. When we reached out and showed them what their website said and why we went with them, they did not honor their own website advertising and then came after us for the highly inflated bills. BEWARE -THEY ARE BAD ACTORS FIND ANOTHER WAREHOUSE!

They are still coming after us for the inflated bills they charged us - pallet rates for single boxes (because of multiple skus) Each sku on a different pallet and each box then charged at the pallet rate.

By the way, we have screengrabs of their website with the per box only charge claims as well as their emails stating they only charge by pallets after we shipped our goods to them.

their process/pricing is anything but simple. we have never seen so many hidden fees and issues with working with a 3PL and we have worked with multiple 3PLs over the past 10 years in 4 different countries. when we asked about pricing, they simply say your product requires extra work (at no point no where do they mention that; and we even emailed them initially with our product information). when we are trying to get your goods out, there was a 2 week delay and when the goods are ready, they threaten to charge more for storage after 2 days of giving us the pallet dimensions.
