I have used Fulfillment-Box for 2 years…

I have used Fulfillment-Box for 2 years now. This is my first foray into e-commerce, so I’ve had many questions and made my share of mistakes. Without fail, Vassili has been prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and always friendly in quickly resolving my issues. And this despite the fact that I am probably one of their smallest customers.

Nightmare experience. 10 months of lies, delays, and incompetence.

I strongly advise against using Fulfillment-Box. We sent several shipments to the USA and Canada back in February and April. It is now months later, and the cargo has still not been delivered.

For a long time, they ignored us completely. In September, they suddenly claimed the packages were at their warehouse and asked for new Amazon labels. I provided them immediately, but nothing happened.

I have been dealing primarily with Oleg Robul. Communicating with him is exhausting; he replies once every few days and does nothing but push back deadlines. The level of incompetence is shocking:

They claim the boxes are lost and promise a refund, then "magically" find them again and spend weeks "recounting" the contents.

They sent me photos of my actual boxes (so they definitely have them!), yet they refuse to ship them.

For the Canada shipment, Oleg assured me for three months that "everything is fine" but the courier couldn't get an appointment. Then, after all that time, he asked me for the Reference ID — meaning they hadn't even tried to book an appointment for months.

They have damaged the boxes and likely mixed up the inventory. They have lied about deliveries being completed when they weren't. This has been a total disaster. Avoid this company at all costs.

We would like to clarify that the boxes were not damaged and were not mixed up. At the same time, we acknowledge that the delivery process took significantly longer than expected, and this was unacceptable on our part.

As compensation for the delay, the delivery was completed free of charge. We understand that this does not fully compensate for the inconvenience caused.

We sincerely regret that our communication and organizational processes did not meet your expectations. We are already working on internal improvements to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

Top 3PL solution for SME

I have tried around 5 different 3PLs in Germany, and this is the only one I am quite happy with.

The other warehouses used to charge extra fees without letting me know first, and the hourly rates were increasing substantially at least twice a year with no possibility to negotiate.

Fulfillment box is totally different. We have been working together for a little over a year now (Germany and UK), and apart from some difficulties of setting it up, there was pretty much nothing I could complain about. The pricing is also great, at least for Germany. I have not been able to find a lower price for a 3PL that has Amazon & Shopify integration.

So all-in-all, quite satisfied and definitely can recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST

They scammed me with over 600$ worth of items. The blocked me once i told them i contacted my lawyer. Please avoid this company at any cost.!!!

Unfortunately, the lack of constructive dialogue and your refusal to provide the essential data required to open a claim against the carrier have significantly complicated the resolution process. We emphasize once again that without the requested information, it is impossible to proceed with an official complaint and seek compensation for the losses incurred.

The decision to block you in the chat yesterday was a necessary measure due to the unacceptable tone of communication on your part. Today, the blocking has been lifted. We expect future communication to be conducted respectfully and within the framework of business etiquette.

We remind you that all orders were processed and handed over to the carrier by our warehouse on time and without delay. The subsequent loss of parcels at the carrier's sorting center, and the resulting delivery delays and losses on your side, are the responsibility of the carrier. We can assist you in seeking compensation, but only upon receipt of the complete and correct data from you, which you have so far refused to provide.

We remain open to cooperation and are ready to continue working on this matter, provided there is mutual respect and constructive communication.
