Completely Changed our Business Model
We have been a long standing client with Fulfilmentcrowd and our experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From our initial setup in the height of covid, they helped us keep our business afloat. It allowed us to operate on minimal staff and still complete our normal flow of orders. Before we signed up with them, we were looking to move premises, to a larger space and that would have been a bad move with covid striking at the same time.
The rates and fees are very acceptable for the service you get. We are a shopify platform and the whole flow is very simple and if there are any issues or questions, the account managers, service/support staff are always on hand and always strive to help you in the best possible way.
They offer the best delivery services and can handle small items up to large freight only items, the service remains the same throughout.
In the last 6 months, we have merged into a large company group and our product catalog expanded with 500 new products going live, fulfilment crowd handled it, no problem at all. I can't see us looking back from this decision, they are constantly updating services and systems. I really cannot fault them.
Where they have really shined for us is over the BFCM periods. This is our second one with them now and it frees our staff up to do so much more than pick and pack orders!
Wouldn't look back on our decision to partner with FulfilmentCrowd!

I moved to Fulfilment Crowd many years ago (when they were still know as Exact Abacus) from my garage as I wanted to scale the business but needed a 3pl that could meet my sepcific needs (I was quite picky) and keep up the same level of customer service I was providing from my home. Fulfilment Crowd met all my needs and I have indeed scaled 3 fold since I moved to them - I recommend them to all of my ecommerce network.

Perfect partner to expand across multiple sales channels.
A year ago, we needed a 3PL partner to fulfil our website & Amazon Merchant fulfilled orders. Fulfilmentcrowd have been great to work with. They have excellent IT systems and highly experienced and ‘always ready to help’ team that made the setup, onboarding, and systems integration straightforward and hassle-free. The ongoing support from their Customer Success Manager is second to none, being available as often as needed and always willing to help solve any issues that arise.

A frustrating and expensive experience
EDITED to update that we have now been hit with almost £3000 of charges by fulfilmentcrowd for unexplained surcharges.
These range from £1 to over £100 per parcel and can be for "returned parcels" that show as delivered to the customer, or just Covid surcharges that began months ago but were never communicated to us.
Fulfilmentcrowd's "investigation" into this has been ongoing for almost 2 months now and I'm still no closer to an explanation about why I'm being charged returns fees for parcels that haven't been returned, or surcharges that were incurred six weeks ago, without any warning or communication.
I don't know how anyone can run a business with a partner like this.

Fulfilment and pick and pack has been okay for us but support is non existent. We were hit with £1200 of unexplained charges that were not listed on their tariff and have been unable to get any response to or even acknowledgment of our multiple requests for an explanation. We don't get notified of returns and we cannot get responses to our tickets querying customer delivery issues. It's obviously a difficult time for worldwide shipping but we can't stick with them with this level of service.

Do not use this service
Do not use this service. Their systems and online service is impenetrable and nothing gets resolved, the support staff are equally as unhelpful and useless. I have had repeated orders go missing, stock sent to them registered etc go missing and items taking weeks and weeks to arrive. I have pointed out the same issues time and time again and they never get resolved. They have cost me money and time, neither which i can afford on a service that is supposed to make life easier.

Poor communications
We have experienced problems like barcodes cannot be scanned, stocks gone missing, poor communications with their staff, slow or no response to our queries. Their warehouse system and their portal always experience technical problems and resulted in delays and inconvenience. My customers ended up have to wait longer than they should be for their purchase. Poor communications for return items as well. They failed to process items returned by customers until we checked with the warehouse.

We outsourced to Fulfilment Crowd in…
We outsourced to Fulfilment Crowd in Spring 2021 and have decided to terminate the arrangement in October 2021. We have had various shipments go missing, tracked consignments that don't turn up, picking discrepancies and queried orders just left on the system. It's hard to get a straight answer to what goes wrong and the response times suggest FC are under-staffed. We have lost around £1,500 worth of stock during this period. A hugely disappointing experience.
