Can’t begin to put into words how…

Can’t begin to put into words how informative, helpful , and in general such lovely people who care!!! Nothing was to much trouble and if all garages had the same moral compass as they do there would be far less problems in the motor trade. Thank you to you all for you’re help, support kindness came home deflated after the news I’d being given! You gave me free oil ( could have charged but you didn’t) gloves knew what I was up against but still willing to help with advice! 5 stars is not enough for this garage and the owner and employees

Fulford Auto Services. Fulford. York. UK.

Contacted Fulford Auto Services to replace a simple oil seal on my beautiful prestige motor car.
He diagnosed the wrong fault, took out the engine and gearbox breaking the gearbox, damaging the computerised ignition system, put it back together incorrectly rendering the vehicle unusable with the boot area and front seats covered in thick black oil sludge.
Demanded over £1000:00 for his crap work and threatened to keep the car unless he was paid. He then put my car in a back lane adjacent to his scrap yard full of other people’s cars and left the windows open. It rained heavily for a brief period overnight and the car was swamped with 10mm of rainwater in the front and rear footwells. Due to the rainwater, the computerised Engine Management System and Bose Entertainment System underneath the seats were damaged beyond repair. Every single Engine Management Warning Light was illuminated when it was finally recovered and the repair costs are estimated at around £4000:00. The damning thing is the original fault causing the oil leak was due to an oil seal from the top of the engine to the intercooler inlet pipe which retails at £7:20 inclusive of VAT that would’ve cost about 1 hour’s labour to put right. This thieving cowboy was intent on milking me for as much as he could get. I spoke with a policewoman from Fulford Police Station and she advised me to retrieve the car any way I could as soon as possible which I did at the cost of £200:00.
He refused to return my key fob and I used an emergency key to do it. My car is now with a totally professional outfit who are painstakingly putting it back to its original specifications. The new key fob is going to cost £200:00 plus £90:00 to be reprogrammed. If you would like your vehicle disposed of, Fulford Auto Services can do it. Don’t trust a single word they say and avoid leaving your car with them at all cost. They’re a proper Pikey Outfit.

Took my car in for Air Conditioning and was told it would need a regas and a part from manufactures costing over £500+. Thought I did shopping around and was told by this garage they would test the pressure and if it held they would charge me diagnostics and the regas. The car had a special glue and regassed and guess what it held all for the cost of £100.
