Taxi didn’t turn up
Taxi didn’t turn up, I called the office and they couldn’t get hold of the driver. I was told on the day I could have a refund but I’m still chasing it 3 months later. Don’t bother booking!

I wish I checked the reviews before. I ordered a car that is adequate for two large bags. They sent a Prius. It was pouring rain and I have stitches in my hand. I wave to the driver to help me and she shrugs me off.
Terrible experience and you’re better off ordering an Uber X
On October 15th I pre-paid for a taxi from Fulham Taxis. The taxi was running late so I called Fulham Taxis to understand when the car would arrived. I was informed that the taxi had gotten a flat tire and they would have to find another car and they would call me back. I ended up having to get an Uber. I CALLED Fulham Taxi back and they told it would be difficult to get another car so while I was in the Uber we agreed to cancel their car and they would refund me. Three weeks later I still have not received any credit back for my payment.
Help support our local Putney businesses at this difficult time.
With the Coronavirus crisis reaping havoc on small and medium sized businesses what can local people do to support small firms like Fulham Taxis who must be at risk of going under?
1. Give what you can
2. Talk up the positives of doing business with local firms
3. Setup a crowd funding or just giving page to help encourage donations
4. Give your local businesses a chance over the larger more robust high street chains
Remember, this company employs many local people. These people depend on the business for their livelihoods. Fulham Taxis will surely struggle to survive if it cannot continue to acquire funds and new business during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please support our local businesses at this difficult time. We are all in this together.

Taxi ride from gatwick to Fulham 30th Dec.
The driver was very rude, tried to drop my leather bag in a puddle at the end.
Swore under his breath when he dropped us off.
Was also very rude about stopping for 45 seconds to get cash saying we should have done it in the airport. We paid £44 for a taxi ride so you'd have thought the ungrateful brute could have attempted to be polite.
His English was barely understandable as he had a heavy accent.
He drove like a maniac, speeding in the heavy rain and narrowly missing other cars at high speed.
I rang to make a complaint, but they put me on hold for 5 minutes so I just hung up and left this review isntead as they werent willing to speak to me.
