What an amazing funeral directors
Made everything so easy and Anne and David was so amazing truly can't thank them enough for everything, and helping me keep my promise to my dad by been there for him right to the end you will never truly know how much that ment to me

Full Circle were professional but also showed a great deal of empathy. They made the whole process as easy as it could be and really new their subject and made suggestions based on our discussions. They were supportive during the whole process. Although I hope not to need their services too soon I would definitely use them again.

Jodie was on hand to guide us through the process and the actual day went well and the celebrant provided did an excellent job.

Very helpful, when I lost my uncle. They wasted no time, collecting him from his home. We were looked after all the way through the process. Someone there to speak to. Would definitely recommend.

Jez and Sara were wonderful at every step of the way, making the whole process around our mother's funeral remarkably stress-free despite it being potentially one of life's most stressful and sad events. They took care of everything and ensured it all ran smoothly, and I was quickly able to trust them completely. Their responsiveness was particularly impressive and helpful. Every query was answered immediately. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The supporting providers they suggested, like flower arrangement, choice of crematorium, celebrant, etc, were all an excellent complement to our vision for the funeral service. Thanks to their care and professionalism it was as perfect as we could have imagined. The whole family will be always grateful for their part in giving mum the send off she deserved.

On the whole everything was done well.
In the end the funeral was perfect but we did have a strong plan beforehand.

What let the funeral service down was the amount of extra time things took because everything was done on an an ipad. For example every single different coffin had to be found separately & then priced again on an ipad, this took a very long time.
Forms had to be checked carefully as some dates had been recorded wrongly.
We were sometimes left too long without an answer to questions & had to chase these up.

That said, I would use them again (though I hope I don't have to!)

It seems strange to say but Full Circle helped us make our mum’s funeral a lovely day.
Beautiful premises that helped to put us at ease and compassionate, empathetic staff who understood our situation.
We were told all the options and guided to make decisions that suited. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking many questions.
Despite the sadness, we can look back and feel that we gave mum a great send off that she would have been proud of. Thank you Full Circle for helping us to achieve this.

There was a limited time window in which to arrange the funeral. Despite the challenges, Jez comfortably and professionally organised everything to our total satisfaction.

My family were supported by the Altrincham branch and I must the couple duo did a marvelous job. Their venue is beautifully presented calming and tranquil for families to attend to see their loved ones. The Altrincham branch assisted in searching venues for the wake, names of local professional services were also searched out by the Altrincham branch. I would highly recommend the Altrincham branch.

Unfortunately we have had to use Full circle a few times over the past 4 years.
I can honestly say, that having their support, experience and professional service throughout was immense, during the worst time of my life.
The help and advice I received was second to none, and always feel they take personal pride on what they are providing bereaved families with.
