Unfortunately cannot give a zero star review. I have now tried 4 times to get a returns label or address to return the swimsuit to for a refund. Wish I had read the reviews on this site first as would never have ordered from them. Probably a scam site.

bought a swimsuit and never heard since. cannot get in touch anyway shape or form. this company is SCAM SCAM DONT BUY

Swimsuit too big all round. Unable to contact company to change. Wish I had read reviews first!! Will never use this company again or recommend them.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED SWIMSUITS BACK IN OCTOBER I RECEIVED WHICH WAS NOT GREAT I NEVER A REFUND FOR THE ITEM NOT RECEIVED. I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN PROMISED A REFUND BUT STILL HAVE NIT RECEIVED IT AS OF TO DAYS DATE 13TH DEC.
THIS SITE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.
THIS COMPANY IS MAKING MONEY ON FALSE ADVERTISING

I ordered before from this company and the goods were sent straight away and were absolutely fine. I stupidly decided to order again. I still have no items despite emailing to find out where they were. I cancelled the order before items were dispatched as had already left for my holiday. Still no refund. I had a pathetic email saying some items were out of stock, I could choose replacements but the didn't tell me what was out of stock. They offered a free pair of 'bottoms' in goodwill. I requested my refund again. I then had an email with a post office tracking number on it. I again emailed and told them to refund me and if the goods did arrive, I would return them at their cost not mine. No response still, post office cannot give details of the tracked parcel and still no refund.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I ordered and paid for 2 suits received one
Not happy the legs are huge and they would hide nothing to the imagination.

Sadly read reviews after ordering. Realised there is no return details and no response Has anyone got a return address and details. Too many companies based in China selling here using this scam. Product that is inferior to the advertised version and no refund unless you persevere for months.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but doesn’t give me that option according to them my delivery has been delivered!! The other side of the country. Rookie mistake really should have checked reviews before ordering £40 down the pan now frantically trying to buy swimming costume for Monday. STAY AWAY…

I'm having trouble returning items and Fullfitall are ignoring my emails to obtain a refund authorisation. Do not order as this company is a nightmare and not British at all.

Ordered a swimsuit because it comes from China deliver was slow suit didn't fit so I have to request a return authorization to be able to return i sent a email a wk ago so far no response i have ordered from other swimwear companies and just returned merchandise for a refund.won't be ordering again

I had the same problem as one of the other customers on here. I wanted to return two items as they were unsuitable. I emailed about four times before I got a response. They offered to send me the item in a different size but I just want a refund. Still not got anywhere. Companies should not be allowed to use a .co.uk website if they are not based in the UK. It is very misleading.

This company is not good at replying to emails. I have a return I just want a refund for but they last offered another item for cost of shipping however I don’t want to order again as the sizing is not good. Just want my money back but can’t get a response after numerous attempts.

This is a scam company, no invoice & no return address you have to email support but they don't respond.wish I had gone on review before I ordered 🙈.
I paid using PayPal so hoping they will sort it out for me , but don't understand why PayPal would work with this scam company, The sizes are crap definitely from china & would not have ordered had I known this. Google should take some responsibility for allowing this company on there platform 🤷‍♀️

They pose as a British company with a .Co.uk website.......they are NOT!
They have a refund policy on their website which they don't adhere to.....how is this company allowed to trade??

Like all the others who have left a review, I am now out of pocket and have 2 swimsuits that are no use to me.

Purchased in good faith, I need a different size, being totally ignored, it appears the company is a scam. Wish I had read the reviews. How do I report this ? Anyone

Ordered two costumes at beginning of August. 1 arrived the other didn't. It has taken me over a month with emails going back and forth regularly, but finally received my refund. So they can do it. My advice is not to give up asking for your refund. The other costume I was really pleased with .

My wife ordered 2 swimsuits which unfortunately didn't fit. She asked for a returns authorisation and they tried to fob her off with excuses about returning to China and suggesting she keep them and give them to charity or whatever. They constantly refused to offer a refund and the ploy was you would give up in the end. This is what she has now done and has lost £60 in the process. We tried warning PayPal but they didn't really care. The reviews on the supplier's website are probably false too. This is a warning to others that Fullfitall is a scam company and must be avoided or you'll lose your money. Other reviews on Trustpilot bear this out.

It won't let you leave no stars! I should have read the reviews. What a scam. Ordered tankini's, they arrived surprise surprise too small! No answer to my emails. This company has been trading far too long. Lesson.learnt look at reviews before ordering. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

NO STARS, SEEMS TO BE A SCAM SELLER.
ITEM DELIVERED BUT UNSUITABLE SO REQUESTED A RETURN AUTHORISATION AND ADDRESS, THERE IT ALL STOPPED. FIRST EMAIL UNANSWERED, SECOND UNDELIVERED PROBLEMS.

Dreadfully company will not issue a refund when wishing to return item that does not fit correctly. Buying from a UK company but told have to return item to China they even offered a free replacement if I just paid for the postage and told to keep the original item no good as the new item would not fit correctly. Unless you're sure that the item will fit correctly do not order from here. Absolute scam company
