It's a SCAM

It's a SCAM! I fell into the trap buying a very cheap course for an amount of 1.75€ throught an instagram ad and they ended up debiting my credit card of 71.88€ TWICE before I realised it was all a lie. Thanksfully I got a refund by my bank. They just want your credit card number and then they make you pay a membership each month. Shame on you

Hi, Rossanna.

We are very sorry to hear that it seemed like a scam for you. We're trying our best to improve user experience of our clients, and it's sad to read that we couldn't take up to your expectations.

The payment for a subscription could occur only if you added a free trial week to all courses while making a purchase. The free trial period expired, and it renewed into monthly subscription according to the terms of the contract. We've made our trial offer very obvious, so our clients could avoid an unexpected charge in the future. Furthermore, the trial can be cancelled in the settings or via our Support team. Unfortunately, I do not see that you contacted us regarding this issue, so we could resolve it.

We understand your desire to have your money back, and you could also contact us first to receive a refund. If you contact your bank for a chargeback, refund may take up to 60 days, whereas refunds issued on our side take just 3–14 days.

If you still need our help, feel free to contact our Support Team on WhatsApp at https://wtsp.cc/19295616550, or send your email to hello@fullofmind.com, we'll be glad to help you.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM! They’ve charge me without my permission for the whole year of membership which was 80$ having my bank details from a course that bought from them with promotion price. The price of that course was 2$ as it was on sale with 80% discount, so I thought no harm done and bought it, but once the transaction is done and they have your bank details they withdraw a larger sum, claiming that I ticked the box with yearly membership. That box was somewhere at the bottom and probably in a very very tiny font so that I wasn’t able to spot it. A very dishonest company, they blocked me on Instagram, so I have nowhere to go to write a review and I’m writing it here.

Still, I have to underline that the trial subscription to all courses is optional, and you can opt out of it any time. Apparently, while purchasing a course, you also added a free trial week. After the trial expired, it renewed into a monthly subscription, according to the terms of the contract.

scamming website

scamming website
I was completely unaware until I reviewed my credit card transaction log yesterday that they had withdrawn money from my bank account without my consent not once, but twice. I have written to them in order to investigate this matter and find out what exactly is going on. They provided me with some excuse, claiming that I had opted into a course or program that I have absolutely no knowledge of. It is evident that they have received numerous reports of fraudulent activity, as I noticed they changed the billing name and charged me for a second payment. I received a response from them, which essentially implied that it is unfortunate for me. They stated that they will cease charging me, but did not mention whether they will refund the money they took from my bank account without my authorization. Furthermore, they advised me not to contact my bank. Without hesitation, I immediately contacted my bank to initiate the process of addressing this internet fraud activity. I strongly advise anyone facing a similar issue to promptly contact their bank, as the perpetrators may attempt to steal more money from your account under a different alias.

Hi, Chi.

We're sorry to hear that you had an unexpected payment.

Indeed, the system shows that you opted for a free trial while purchasing a course. All our users have to give a consent or opt of a trial while purchasing a course. We've made our trial offer transparent, so you could read about the terms of the trial subscription to avoid such situation that you experienced.

Also, I've checked our records and previous communication with you. As I see, we refunded you the last payment, according to our Refund Policy. We advised not to contact your bank, only to make a refund process much easier and quicker for you. If you decide to have a refund via your bank directly, it may take up to 60 days for a refund to be processed on the bank's side. If a refund is initiated on our side (not through the bank), money arrives within 3–14 days.

Hi, Petra.

Recurring payments may happen only if you add a free trial on your own while purchasing a course, but do not cancel it after the trial period ends. When a trial subscription expires, it renews into a monthly plan, according to the terms of the contract. Within a week, you can easily disable in the settings or contact us, so we could cancel it.

If the trial expires, and you get charged, you also can contact our support team, so we could arrange a refund according to our Refund policy.

While purchasing a course, you need to tick the box to give a consent for a free week trial. Trial subscription is not set by default, our site requires a confirmation from a user, and only after that the trial can be added.

Nevertheless, trial can be disabled anytime in the settings or via our Support team. Also, we issue refunds according to our Refund policy, so you could receive a refund directly from us, which takes a few days, whereas bank initiated refunds may take up to 60 days.

This is a company set up to extract…

WARNING: This is a company which seems to be set up to extract money by taking a single purchase and misleading customers so they end up with a 'free' account which quickly turns into a regular payment, when none was intended.

IMPORTANT - today's email said they are changing their name for accounting purposes to Newmindstart.
I suspect this is to further confuse and make people lose track of what the money is for and where it is going.
I am disputing this via my bank. But it is a lot of work for fixing a problem caused by spotting what looked like a useful short course ( which was not actually any good).

I am disputing this and consider the company to have misled me.

I went through the same experience as many in these reviews, and now wasting the time I dont have trying to solve it, I wish I had checked it before, so I wouldn’t have bought a $2 course and been charged for a $72 monthly subscription which I never approved. Now its so much trouble writing emails and whatsapps asking for the refund but no luck yet. I will have to solve it through my bank. So much hassle for $2!!

Bought a discounted course (1.90usd) after watching an instagram ad, and to my surprise I was debited a full subscription (79usd) one week later, which I never approved or ordered in the first place. Immediately sent a mail which was followed up by two more, requesting a refund. No answers and no refund issued. Very dirty business practice.

Same experience as some other users went through. "You buy a cheap course then they debit a further amount without warning or permission of $79" and I actually sent an email before free trial expired canceling. The email was ignored.
Sent another email asking to cancel the subscription again, and they replied saying the subscription was canceled and refund will be issued, still waiting on the refund that was suppose to be within 7-14 days.

Hi Muriel,

We always issue refunds for unwanted payments under the Refund Policy.

Judging by what you write, it seems that when you purchased the course, you chose the option to pay for an annual subscription to all courses at once at a favorable price. Therefore, there was an automatic attempt to pay $259, due to the rules of the Terms of Service.

Don't worry, we would have refunded you right away if there was a payment.
I wish you a wonderful day. Please enjoy your course.

Charged for free trial but good support!

UPDATE:
After emailing them, I did get a pretty prompt reply, confirming I would be refunded in full. Both the reply to my email and the reply here on TrustPilot and the fact that I DID in fact get a full refund with no big hassle, tells me that they are NOT a scam, they DO care about customer service. And while I am not happy with HOW The free trial happened, I am pleased with how they handled me. So I am changing my review to reflect the service, not the product.

First review:
Tricked into free trial though I remember NOT checking that box and thinking it looked a bit shady. Should never have bought a cheap course (which was cheap quality but again...you get what you pay for...). Not worth the hassle of now having to fight for a refund and doing a chargeback via the bank. Even if they HAD good quality courses (can't judge other courses), tricking people into the free trial by hiding it and then charging them 80 Dollars is shady business and actually becoming illegal (thankfully) in the EU.
