I purchased the Beat your Brain course. It's great for cognitive stimulation and it's fun. The support team is always available, answering very fast and solving my doubts. Thank you Pauline for you... See more

It's a SCAM
It's a SCAM! I fell into the trap buying a very cheap course for an amount of 1.75€ throught an instagram ad and they ended up debiting my credit card of 71.88€ TWICE before I realised it was all a lie. Thanksfully I got a refund by my bank. They just want your credit card number and then they make you pay a membership each month. Shame on you

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! They’ve charge me without my permission for the whole year of membership which was 80$ having my bank details from a course that bought from them with promotion price. The price of that course was 2$ as it was on sale with 80% discount, so I thought no harm done and bought it, but once the transaction is done and they have your bank details they withdraw a larger sum, claiming that I ticked the box with yearly membership. That box was somewhere at the bottom and probably in a very very tiny font so that I wasn’t able to spot it. A very dishonest company, they blocked me on Instagram, so I have nowhere to go to write a review and I’m writing it here.

I was completely unaware until I reviewed my credit card transaction log yesterday that they had withdrawn money from my bank account without my consent not once, but twice. I have written to them in order to investigate this matter and find out what exactly is going on. They provided me with some excuse, claiming that I had opted into a course or program that I have absolutely no knowledge of. It is evident that they have received numerous reports of fraudulent activity, as I noticed they changed the billing name and charged me for a second payment. I received a response from them, which essentially implied that it is unfortunate for me. They stated that they will cease charging me, but did not mention whether they will refund the money they took from my bank account without my authorization. Furthermore, they advised me not to contact my bank. Without hesitation, I immediately contacted my bank to initiate the process of addressing this internet fraud activity. I strongly advise anyone facing a similar issue to promptly contact their bank, as the perpetrators may attempt to steal more money from your account under a different alias.

I agree with most of these reviews
I agree with most of these reviews! I also got charged when I didn't approve, I bought a £1.90 course and got charged a week later $70!! I reported it to my bank and I have received a refund. I recommend you tell your bank if you get caught out!

I agree with the other references!
They advert with a free course and charged me later for nothing. Their „membership“ I cannot even access. Client Support ignores me.
Be aware 🙏🏻

This is a company set up to extract…
WARNING: This is a company which seems to be set up to extract money by taking a single purchase and misleading customers so they end up with a 'free' account which quickly turns into a regular payment, when none was intended.
IMPORTANT - today's email said they are changing their name for accounting purposes to Newmindstart.
I suspect this is to further confuse and make people lose track of what the money is for and where it is going.
I am disputing this via my bank. But it is a lot of work for fixing a problem caused by spotting what looked like a useful short course ( which was not actually any good).
I am disputing this and consider the company to have misled me.

breach of trust ⚠️
breach of trust. Fraudulent website, which used my card numbers to validate a $79 subscription even though I had canceled immediately after purchasing the course 🎣 at an attractive price. I write regularly to be reimbursed only with promises of reimbursement and nothing more!!

Scam, charged for subscription I did not approve
I went through the same experience as many in these reviews, and now wasting the time I dont have trying to solve it, I wish I had checked it before, so I wouldn’t have bought a $2 course and been charged for a $72 monthly subscription which I never approved. Now its so much trouble writing emails and whatsapps asking for the refund but no luck yet. I will have to solve it through my bank. So much hassle for $2!!

Scam! Be careful!
I purchased a $2 course and I was charged for $79 on a "All Courses Subscription" that I didn't request.
Don't go with these people!

Subscription scam, beware!
Update: Got a reply from fullofmind the 29th of january that I would get a refund, but no sign of any refund yet. The reply below from Linda was after I got this mail, so either their mail system doesn't work or someone is lying. One star review remains until this is solved.

My original review:

Bought a discounted course (1.90usd) after watching an instagram ad, and to my surprise I was debited a full subscription (79usd) one week later, which I never approved or ordered in the first place. Immediately sent a mail which was followed up by two more, requesting a refund. No answers and no refund issued. Very dirty business practice.

straight to the point
You can find high quality courses that also are straight to the point. I'm specially impressed by the Brain biohacking and the Konnakol courses.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam! Bought a $5 course and tricked into subscription. They took $79 from my account, after I asked for a refund they said the already had and ask me to contact my bank. Please be full of “mindful” of this company!

Absolute Scam! Very bad experience with FullofMind.
Same experience as some other users went through. "You buy a cheap course then they debit a further amount without warning or permission of $79" and I actually sent an email before free trial expired canceling. The email was ignored.
Sent another email asking to cancel the subscription again, and they replied saying the subscription was canceled and refund will be issued, still waiting on the refund that was suppose to be within 7-14 days.
Send another email, and also had to contact my bank fraud team.

This company Will continue to take money out of your account for things you did not sign up for.
I complained and asked for refund and they just messed about.
In the end had to cancel my card and mess about to make it stop

Total scam.
Total scam.
I took a trial at less than 2 dollars and fed days after out of the blue they tried to take 259 DOLLARS ON MY CARD !!!
« Luckily » they’re wasn’t such an amount on my bank account.
I don’t know if they have interesting content or not but for sure the way they act is unacceptable !

Charged for free trial but good support!
UPDATE:
After emailing them, I did get a pretty prompt reply, confirming I would be refunded in full. Both the reply to my email and the reply here on TrustPilot and the fact that I DID in fact get a full refund with no big hassle, tells me that they are NOT a scam, they DO care about customer service. And while I am not happy with HOW The free trial happened, I am pleased with how they handled me. So I am changing my review to reflect the service, not the product.
First review:
Tricked into free trial though I remember NOT checking that box and thinking it looked a bit shady. Should never have bought a cheap course (which was cheap quality but again...you get what you pay for...). Not worth the hassle of now having to fight for a refund and doing a chargeback via the bank. Even if they HAD good quality courses (can't judge other courses), tricking people into the free trial by hiding it and then charging them 80 Dollars is shady business and actually becoming illegal (thankfully) in the EU.
