So far no contact received from FUL about the products I received, I've sent 2 emails and chasing emails. Despicable lack of customer service for products that are expensive. Trustpilot should intervene and try and get the Company to step up!
zero customer service - no help after purchase
Do not use this brand, they have no customer service at all. I spend a small fortune on shampoo and conditioner, the shampoo had leaked prior to being pack and was half empty. It has been over two weeks & i have still had no reply from the company. I have emailed, messaged on whatsapp as it says on the website, used their chat function, messaged on all social media and messaged the salon which created it. None have repsonded. There is also no information on how to return a product in the box or online. Really disappointed.
Wouldn’t cancel and refund me for an order that had just gone through. Don’t buy from this company.

Terrible products. I brought the shampoo and intense moisture mask. For all their claims, my Yuka app didn’t rate the ingredients. Undeterred, I went ahead and used the products which left my hair limp yet still frizzy and more tangled than usual, despite following all instructions. I couldn’t move the sticky shampoo around my head easily. And the hair mask didn’t leave my hair silky at all. Other (teen) family members tried the products too and, unprompted, reported the same thing. Totally underwhelmed and the company will not refund. What a waste of my money. Save yourself the bother. Terrible.
