These guys are complete garbage. They will keep your money. I have heard numerous accounts of this. They constantly spam many sports chat rooms over and over trying to get people to sign up. Judging from the reviews I see in these sports chats specifically The Score they are a scam. I would not recommend. Bovada by contrast is an excellent book.

Didn’t receive the 100$ ans promised after I signed up and DMed through IG. Also couldn’t get assistance on closing out account

Scam! Full star sportsbook I referred couple clients and never got my refer reward, been over a month, and they keep pushing next Tuesday and they not control of refer program. Sorry I was being patient but they messed up. I got proof to show as well. Also the free $100 for new user you not free you have at least $1 to use the free play. And they add free play but you have to deposit minimum $50 each time . Another scam right there

And information app. The same story over and over great nonsense bonuses paid immediately with no roll over . Folks all BS and constantly on the score don’t know why they aren’t banned from all this nonsense. Bet wit a reputable organization and better yet don’t bet at all !

I honestly can’t believe how difficult this casino has made it for me to self-exclude. In my experience, their “responsible gaming” policies feel completely meaningless because no one actually follows them.

I first reached out through live chat, where I was told they “can’t close accounts” and that I needed to call support instead. So I called, only to be told that I needed to use live chat. When I went back to chat, they repeated again that they cannot help with self-exclusion. It felt like being stuck in an endless loop where no one takes responsibility.

I’ve now sent three emails requesting self-exclusion, and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement.

For a company that advertises responsible gaming, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve tried repeatedly to follow their process and protect myself, but it feels like they’re making it as hard as possible.

I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned that a casino in 2025 can still handle self-exclusion this poorly. I will not be using this site again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious.

EDIT: They wrote all this back, but know that I have yet to receive any email back from them after a week and my account is still fully active :)

This sportsbook is fake and a scam

Dont listen to all these fake reviews. All these reviews are from the same person (just click on their profiles and you can see: all of these account only have 1 Reviews written, this already shows, that all these reviews are bots.

This sportsbook got my attention, because someone was spaming in a app called "TheScore" with his bots, to promote this sportsbook, and i already had a feeling that this is a scam and fake, so i had to take a look.

I hope yall dont get scammed. I'll also report this sportsbook by the police.

They might delete this but I’m gonna tell the truth. Most people that give a 5 star review just want acceptance or are lying.
They barely give any bonuses don’t give any alt lines no depo match ever barely anything for joining no promo codes. Can’t use free play on parlays. If you want to make money do not use this sportsbook. Most of their audience is kids under 21 because they don’t make you confirm your age. They just take advantage of little kids and do not care. Also do not trust their story they’ll say big bonus and it genuinely will not change at all ever

Not going to lie when I first used FullStar, I thought it was just some fad going on. But once I start using it and they kept their word about the sign up bonus, I knew they were real deal. Then their customer service has to be studied, you can hit them up and they will get back to you swiftly. Faster than usual. Payouts are done swiftly as they said. Haven’t seen one lie from FullStar. Most definitely a Gem in its our lane.
