If only this shop would be somewhere else then the UK and I could save the taxes to EU.. quality is nice anyway..

Sadly, never received items we ordered. No correspondence from them until we got in touch with PayPal for a refund as we had no idea what was happening. Eventually fully cycled got in touch and told us that there was a 2 week wait for orders which is absolutely fine but nowhere when we ordered did it say there was a 2 week wait so after 10 days we was wondering where the models were. Since this happened there is now a tag at the top of the webpage saying orders
can take 2 weeks. This wasn’t there before.
If there had been a months wait, it would’ve been absolutely fine as long as we knew the score but although this is a 2 man company it’s not hard to reply to the 3 emails we sent only asking where our order was and like I say they only replied when we got PayPal involved. In the end they cancelled our order saying we was rude (not sure where or how we was rude as we have the emails here to prove we really wasn’t).
Also just to point out…… if they do reply to an email, which the eventually did, it doesn’t come through as “fully cycled” it comes through as one of the names of the people who works there opposed to the company name which is easily over looked when you get so many random emails through like most people do. You expect to receive the email form “fully cycled” so you take notice of it.
So now I’ve got an autistic son, having a full blown meltdown because fully cycled don’t want to do business with us all because we asked where our order was….. which is apparently rude ! No where have I we been rude. This is so so sad, and petty. I have proof to show we wasn’t rude at all.

Excellent service. Quick delivery

Good communication, but I paid for 1st class postage and when the box arrived it said 2nd class clearly on it (twice, as I had to return my first print). Feel a bit disappointed in that.

My experience was excellent. I could look at the how to write a useful review but really I payed my money, the company put the items in the post, I got the items. How much more excellence could there be.

Great service and great packaging all minis came as expected.

I had few missing parts with my order, one part was due to the manufacters printing instructions, and another part just got missed out but they fixed both issues and send replacement parts out straight away

Fast shipping. Cards were well packaged and arrived safely. Would shop here again.
