So…I bought my normal size but felt like the next size up would be better and I was a bit stressed as I needed the item for an airport trip…however… the customer service was way above what I expected in a positive way , got a phone call after sending an email, replacement item sent and I’m super happy now that is what I call service as not even the Big retailers call so I’m super impressed and will DEFINITELY shop with Fully Paid again .. thank you 🥰

Needed help with the sizing for my partner on the Cargos as we struggle with most fitting him especially his thighs. I reached out to them and the team helped straight away.
The cargos are amazing quality you can tell a lot of care has gone into the design and finish.
Perfect fit, very please and will be ordering more from them.

Ordered a tracksuit not true to size requested to return they tell me I can’t get money back had to be a voucher, then agree wait a week for them to reply so I can send it back & I am told it’s passed the 14 day return policy, crap material crap service avoid!!!

Away from the support, it is one of the only casual clothing brands I wear and actually have kept on using their hats over the last few years down the the quality and time they last.

The clothing especially the dreams tracksuits are of very high quality and a nice comfortable fit. Ive been wearing fp over the last few years from socks, bags, jackets, tracksuits and hats and will always be.
