Absolutely disappointed with this company. They have been sending threatening letters claiming we owe a debt, yet have failed to provide any actual proof or proper evidence despite being asked multiple times.

To make matters worse, they are threatening to cut off a business’s electricity supply, which could seriously impact livelihoods, all while refusing to properly justify the alleged charges.

The handling of this situation has felt intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unfair. I would strongly advise other businesses and customers to be cautious and ensure they keep detailed records of all communication.

A company should focus on transparency and resolving disputes professionally, not using threats without evidence.
