I used to buy from their physical shop…

I used to buy from their physical shop my weekly nicotine and disposable vapes.
Untill today when they refused to swap a defective vape they sold me few minutes before i came back with it.
They have a sh**ty intern policy that they won't refund unless you try the vape on the spot.
Which i guess its illegal in Romania. Anyway. I will never come back to this place as they refuse to abide the laws.
Just buy your vapes from other shops which respects the customer
