I have made several orders from this site and they have all been quickly shipped and exactly what I expected in terms of quality and accuracy to ads. They have lots of licensing access and unique items that make fantastic gifts.

I have already ordered Funko Pops from FUN.com 4 times! Shipping is fast and each order comes in a big box that protects the items. The Pops are beautiful and of high quality! I love them and this site!

Love this site, love the products and selection. I have been able to find funkos that are near impossible for me to locate anywhere else. I plan on making more purchases in the future with more than just funkos. Highly recommend.

FUN is a very reliable store for collectables itens, like FUNKO POPs. I've just bought some POPs for my collection for a very good price and received them in perfect condition even after international shipment!

So many characters to choose from whether you want outfits, purses, shoes, and so much more. Prices are good , Love the fact, I can pay in installments with any pay in four. Delivery time took about a week which is OK. Also, the customer service is excellent. The people over at fun.com really make sure that their customers are satisfied!!

FUN.com had the BEST price on the internet for this item!! They have a super easy order/payment process and delivered quickly!! Highly recommend using them! I know I will!!!

I ordered two pairs of size 8 shoes and they sent me a size 6 and size 8. I requested a return label to send the incorrect size back to them and sent the shoes back within a week of receiving the label. They took 8 weeks to process my return and told me I would receive a full refund.
I emailed after 6 weeks to asked what the status was and on that day they emailed me twice. Once saying they hadn’t received my return and the 2nd saying they received my return. The bottom line is that they took way longer to process my return than they told me it would take. Then gave me a credit instead of the full refund their customer service rep said I’d receive when I initiated the return. I was also told in the email they sent when my return was processed that I would receive a full refund. Now they are telling me that my order was made too long ago for them to give me a full refund.
I don’t want shop credit because I’ve had such a lousy experience with this company. Believe me, I definitely wanted the Beetlejuice shoes but I’m so over dealing with this company. Total waste of my time. They owe me a full refund and refuse to provide it to me.

This is an excellent company. I love loungefly and Danielle Nicole bags and they always have the ones I want in stock. They give out coupons pretty much after each order and have excellent customer service. I had a issue where I ordered using the wrong email and would lose out on reward points for the purchase, I contacted them and they were able to switch the emails very quickly and I got my points. I love that they have live chat and texting features, as common as that is these days many companies still only have phone and email. Email is fine, but you don’t get live help and as someone with social anxiety that is a great feature to have.

I recently started shopping at FUN.com.
It's a website that stocks Collectibles and Halloween/Cosplay costumes. I collect Funko Pops, Marvel Statues and Loungefly Bags. I've made three purchases so far and with each one the items either shipped or arrived faster than expected and in excellent condition.
I actually received a chase the first time I purchased a couple of Funko Pops from them..so I was pleasantly surprised!
They also give us Loyalty points & 'FUN bucks' that you can use towards your purchase. If you buy more..you get more points and bucks.
On a recent purchase I received an alert that a Funko Soda was now in stock. That same Funko Soad was in my cart at another website that required $65 for free shipping. I've been paying $4.99 for shipping at FUN.com. I bought the Funko Soda at FUN.com.
I was able to save money in the end because I had the added discout of 'FUN bucks' which took off $$ from my purchase. Also the next day I received a notification that the item had shipped earlier than the July 20th date posted. The website is eclectic..it has a wide range of things for collectors, hobbyists & fans of different genre. Give it try and have some FUN!
