I signed up to give this site a chance and couldnt even purchase a package. Immediately upon verification I was told me account was flagged and under review. I cant even play the $2 bonus they provided upon sign up.

Update: They paid me the money after I complained. Great place with great game. But if you want customer support live chat then don't play here. That is my complaint. Guardian777 is my screen name on luckybitvegas. I am given them a 2 star until I get my $4000. And talk to a live person. Once that happens I'll give them 5 stars. I have redeemed a lot of times for $100 or around $100. But this redemption I redeemed $4000. It did not send it to my crypto wallet instantly like it normally does. I cannot talk to anybody on live chat I have emailed them for 14 hours straight and cannot talk to anybody. I cannot cancel the withdrawal so I can play the money and I cannot get the money so I am stuck in limbo with nobody to talk to on a major casino. And I'm sure that I'll get somebody to come on here and message me saying we're sorry to hear that. We are working on it as fast as possible just hang in there buddy we'll get you $4,000 to you real quick or cancel the withdrawal that's fine too. I cannot even get a response on email after 14 hours. That is kinda turning me against luckybitsvegas because now I believe as long as you are chasing out $100 to $200 it will not ask questions and pay you and get great reviews piled up. And by the time someone hits big and trys to redeem it will not matter because it is already at 4 stars on trust pilot and they will not lose the $10,000 so done just won. They are literally using. My name and the guy of $8,400 on their main page saying Guardian777 just hit big. But they will not put on there he isn't getting paid tho. Please fix this Luckybit. I love y'all's games and play. But if this is the normal situation if you hit big then I will not play here anymore and I will let as many people know as I possibly can. Thanks please pay me and fix the problem.

I was about to hit the feature after throwing 20 extra bucks in to do it. Then bam game disappears for them to tell me about my state has banned a few game makers. This game not one of them. Pissed me right the duck off. Contacted the forever to respond customer service and all they did was say there was nothing they can do for me. Now I was a loyal customer spending a hundred bucks a month there. Not anymore. They can kisss my ankle.

They took my deposit just fine. And now it wont let me make a redemption. Its blocking it, though I am fully verified. Super angry this is ridiculous. The experience was not so great the first time but they did pay out once they unblocked my account.

I’ve spent time on Lucky Bits Vegas as a verified participant, following all posted terms and sweepstakes rules, and while the gameplay experience was engaging, I’m now facing a significant issue: I’ve accumulated over $38,000 in redeemable Sweeps Coins, all of which have been played through, verified, and marked as eligible for redemption — yet the platform is currently blocking all redemption attempts due to a persistent technical error.

Specifically, when I attempt to redeem a valid amount (e.g., 5,000 SC, well within their stated daily cap), the system throws a backend error stating:

“requestedAmount must be a number type, but the final value was: NaN…”

This happens across all browsers (Safari, Chrome), devices (Mac, iPhone), and input formats (with and without commas). I’ve tested everything. The issue isn’t formatting — it’s likely a silent flag or system bug preventing withdrawal while still allowing deposits and gameplay.

Support confirmed that my account is fully verified, with no active restrictions, and yet redemptions remain impossible. I’ve submitted formal written requests for clarity, but so far, there’s been no resolution, no timeline, and no acknowledgment of the issue beyond vague references to “security reviews.”

I want to be clear: I’m not accusing the company of ill intent. But when a sweepstakes-based platform accepts money, encourages play, and then fails to honor redemption terms after all requirements have been met — that’s a serious consumer concern.

My goal with this review is not to criticize the games or staff, but to raise awareness for others and to ask the company to transparently address what’s happening here. If this is a technical issue, please acknowledge it. If it’s a policy review, clarify the timeline and next steps.

- Update: I submitted the error to their team with screenshots. Was told it was how I was entering in the actual number to make a redemption. I tried every combination and it will not take any number entered. I honestly believe this is intentional as I’ve if anything over communicated to support. I’ve yet to hear anything back at all. This is now day 2 of not being able to process a single redemption. They have no problem taking money but the support is basically nonexistent and the ability to redeem anything does not seem to exist. The will be reported to everyone I can come up with and I’ll be pursuing legal pathways now. To any person who reads this - DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company as it is bad business in all areas

4 days later - another excuse from them and they are telling me 2-3 business days more before a fix is available. Then there would supposedly be a redemption process which would take 3-5 business days the 7-14 days to deposit any money into my account if they were ever to stop with the delays. End result will at minimum a month to get any redemption if it was ever possible to begin with. FRUAD COMPANY!

i like it and all but i got tricked by the offer to transfer vip for up to 10k i think the offer was and i transferee and got up to 150 sc bonus for the highest vip level i reached and then i see that it came with a 3000sc playthrough requirement in order to withdraw that bonus which i don’t necessarily like but i get it i guess but what i e never seen is a lifetime playthrough that stays even after the bonus is played out to 0 so i got 2500 sc playthrough before i can ever cash our i guess so i’m not depositing 1 penny until that slick trap that’s clearly meant to trick players with the chance of a nice bonus and when they get it the little 150 sc bonus the casino is making the playthrough which is $2850.00 that they are getting from the vip players id love to hear the person explain how that is anything other than a blatant scam on the players who are loyal players. and are the reason that you have a casino and it’s also the type of shady and disrespectful stuff that is causing all the class action lawsuits all the greed and how the casinos start appreciating the players and then they get less new players and plateau woth profits then the bonuses get smaller. and smalller and the casino declines until its just randomly shutdown. without warning because greedy people who are in charge just don’t care about the players they care about taking as much money as possible from the people who are the reason. the casinos exist disgusting and pathetic
