First they didn’t give me the 10% bonus SC they offered in the email. Then I turn $250 spent into $400 and try to redeem and it says I haven’t met play a $750 play through requirement! What! There was no minimum play through requirement listed when I made my purchase. Feels shady.

After making multiple $1000 deposits and getting to Elite status, the first time I try and withdraw any decent some of money you blocked my account for some bullshit reasoning stating multiple accounts. Which is impossible on lucky bits because you have to verify your identity the second you sign up! What the actual f! To top it all off I have screenshots from your support agent saying "there's no need to worry you're SC balance is completely safe".
You spent seven days me screwing me around and lying to my face just to screw me over financially!

Banned my account without warning right after making a deposit. I dont live in any restricted area. Pretty lame

I have never been more frustrated with a site I thought would be amazing given my wonderful High5 experience. I have had nothing but a terrible experience and have gotten zero help from support. I haven't been able to play my SC in my account due to this failure of a verification process. I am fully verified on High5, pay taxes on my winnings from their 1099 every year, countless redemptions and zero problems. That said, Luckybitvegas is actually terrible. I contacted support and had to wait several weeks to even get my first reply. They told me to send them my ID, so I did. Then they said don't send us ID, we can't do anything with it, go through the broken process again. I have went through the broken verification process 10 times now, Literally had the proof of it on my phone to happily provide them if they cared " thank you for completing your identity
check. you may now close this window." And the site still wouldn't update and allow me to spend my money/SC. No one will help. All emails are now replied to instantly in 3 seconds by a bot with the same copy pasted message so no real people respond. I legitimately am shocked that it is this bad. No support whatsoever, unplayable balance, and no one at all seems interested in helping. I joined on Jun 7th and its almost August so I give up.

I signed up on this site after being referred, the person that referred hasn't seem to have had any major issues, so far. She made her first purchase and was rewarded with the bonus match based on the promotion at that time, and has had some pretty good wins with no issues cashing out to her crypto network and the referral bonus. The only issue she has complained about is somehow they locked her account , trying to state there may have been multiple accounts, but this issue was resolved within 24 hours as she only had one . I on the other hand have had nothing but issues since I signed up, problems with the KYC verification and my first purchase. I did not receive my 100% match nor the $1 daily bonus that was being promoted at the time. Upon reaching out to support not 1 but 2 reps stated they saw the credit applied to my account and if I went to my transaction history I would see the same, yeah no s*** the $10 purchase and nothing else. Then the reps states apologies for the confusion, in no way am I confused, the purchase was $10 so there should have been $20 credited to my account under this promotion. Now today is day 5 still with no resolve, if you can see the transaction and it reflects only the amount of my purchase why has this issue not been resolved by day 5 and my account credited... Seems like after support finds you are right, prepare to be ghosted, no indication of how long the resolution will take and if you send status update emails, that's where the ghosting begins. I had really high hopes for this site but this experience has completely changed my outlook. Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones and everything goes right but BE AWARE THIS SITE HAS MAJOR ISSUES THAT THEY NEED TO RESOLVE WITH PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES FIRST (INCLUDING CASHING OUT AND REFERRAL CREDITS based on prior reviews submitted below.)

Update : Lucky Bits ha s fixed a issues with the promotion. Support finally emailed back in a timely manner and restored my faith in the site.
