I passed phase 2 four times and they refused to offer me funded account
I passed phase 1 challenge. On phase 2 I phased the challenge. They told me I used cluster trading to pass the challenge. Fair enough they reset my account.
I passed phase 2 again, they told me I exceeded the 40% profit target per day.
They reset my account again I passed phase 2 again. They told me my trading is inconsistent.
I passed phase 2 again for the 4th time. They said he the three trades I I made profit exceeded the 40% profit limit, but the very same day I had losses. If you take the losses and subtract from the three trades they put me within the said rule of 40% profit target.
I am unfairly treated by this company. I Regret for having purchased the account with Funded7.

It’s important to clarify that:
Consistency is measured over the entire account lifetime, not per individual day.
Losses do not offset or cancel a highly concentrated profitable day or trade when evaluating consistency.
The rule assesses proportional contribution to total profit, not netted daily calculations.
These rules are in place to ensure repeatable and sustainable trading, not one-off gains.
We have explained your specific case and the applied rules in detail through our support communication.
While we understand the frustration, exceptions cannot be made, as the same criteria are enforced for all traders to ensure fairness.

clear proof of scam
One of the clients gave them 1 star because when he requested his payout, they claimed a “lot size excess breach” that was clearly not written in the terms and conditions.
In their response, they didn’t address the problem ,they dodged the issue and just said that “all their decisions are made in strict accordance with their rules and terms and conditions,” which is not true.
Typical scamming pattern.
If they want to respond, they should make sure they don’t say nonsense.

Unpublished lot limits + “one-direction cluster” → payout denied
First withdrawal on a funded account was denied as an “All-In-One bet.”
Support said there are lot-size limits (not published on the website) and claimed I exceeded them. They also said you can be in breach even below those numbers if your profit comes from one pair or one-direction trade clusters.
Result: payout canceled, account reset. In my view, rules are subjective and payouts unreliable.

I swear with my life these guys are scammers.
They denied my payout because I open and won once 1.5 lot on gold on 15k risking 2% in phase 1.
They claimed it was gambling 😂🤣😂
There is no lot size restrictions or margin restriction.
Even if somebody breached anything in challenge phase a legit firm would not proceed with funded account. These nefarious scammers let you wait another 30 days because almost nobody can reach that point 😂🤣 they sold their true colours very cheaply and I’m so glad. Haven’t spent a penny on these criminals.
Be careful guys their KYC documents must be sent via email and aren’t done via 3rd party like SumSub or veriffy. They probably just collect these documents and sell them on dark web.
I swear to god these are the most obvious scammers I’ve came across in my 7 year prop journey.
LUCKILY. the account was a giveaway .. imagine to reach 1% payout I had to win trading contest, pass both challenge phases, make another 2% profit on funded account and wait 30 days just to be scammed for 150usd
Imagine what chance you stand to get paid higher amount. They aren’t capable of paying 150usd 🤣😂🤣
Check my name you might seen me in other prop firms discord channels. You can reach out for more proofs.
