I placed a trade with both TP and SL set and was actively monitoring the market. Within a couple of minutes, there was a sudden spike in volatility where the price dropped sharply and then reversed. During that moment, I attempted to remove my TP to manage the trade properly, but the system did not execute the request, most likely due to high volatility.

I immediately contacted support. Initially, they acknowledged the situation and offered a free reset, even though my account was very close to passing with only a few dollars remaining.

However, the situation escalated when I expressed that I would share my experience publicly if this was not handled fairly. At that point, I was threatened by a representative (Paul), who stated that legal action would be taken against me if I posted a review.

This raises serious concerns about both the platform’s trade execution reliability during high volatility and the way customer concerns are handled. Threatening customers for sharing their experience is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I will attach screenshots as evidence to support my claims.
Now they are saying that take the refund and close this matter here.

I've been trading with fundedelite for almost a year. But just funded for almost 2 month. The support is very helpful every time got querries they respond immediately. Problem always resolve immediately. Everyone is very helpful Daniel and Jerry. And one more, payout is incredible.

I have three accounts with Funded Elite. I can use MT5, which I like. The rules are explained in FAQ and from support agents (Anjsha) for example. The dashboard is very useful and makes targets and breach limits clear.

Had 2 experiences with their live chat and some discord interactions.
1st experience is when i reach my payout day on my flash activation account, it is stated that “some rules have been breached”. This was easily clarified assisted by EZINNE through live chat and it was very simple.

2nd experience was on inquiry of breach of risk limit rule (as there was a personal oversight and miscalculation in my risk taken for the day) SHAHID gave me comfort on how this will not affect previous requested withdrawal from approved payout and only require a reset (pay 20% of original fee).

On my first payout I undergo a risk interview which is part of their routine process for new traders to understand their exposure of their capital. It was a smooth interview and the risk team understood my strategy and trading approach. My payout was approved straight.

When in doubt, contact the support team. Any company will require time to process according their standard operating procedures, so you just have to be patience. If you want immediate withdrawal, use your own brokerage firm with personal account.

Ezinne from the company explained everything to me patiently, and my questions were being entertained.
