Took a bit of back-and-forth with the open position issue, but Jerry was quick to check my dashboard and get it resolved. Account is now good to go. Solid help overall.

I purchased two Instant Accounts with this Prop Firm. I had a very bad experience with his risk rule which is not well explained in his website on how it really works, and my account had a hard breacj without knowing it.
After a complain submitted and a couple of emails with their CCO, I got refunded 100% my expenses.

If you are a profitable trader, do not waste your time with FundedElite. They will happily take your evaluation fees, but the moment you request a payout, they will find a technical loophole to keep your hard-earned profits.

I successfully passed my challenge and traded profitably on a live account. When I went to request my 80% payout of $1,516, they disabled my withdrawal button and hit me with a breach for "IP-sharing / Account Sharing."

Here is the undeniable proof that they are acting in bad faith to deny payouts:

The "IP Overlap" Excuse: I trade from Kenya, where Internet Service Providers use Dynamic IP allocation and Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT). This means public IP addresses are constantly recycled and shared among thousands of users on the same mobile network. Their automated system flagged an IP overlap, which happens to almost anyone trading on a cellular network.

The Smoking Gun (They Ignored Their Own Evidence): In the very screenshot their compliance team sent me to "prove" my breach, their own dashboard literally shows a metric that says "Show Device IDs (1)". This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that only ONE physical device (my personal hardware) ever logged into the account. When I pointed out this concrete hardware evidence, they completely ignored it because acknowledging it meant they had to pay me.

The Insulting "Compromise": After dodging the hardware evidence, support refused to release my $1,516 but offered me a "free account reset" back to the live stage as long as I promised to use a dedicated VPN moving forward. Think about that logically: if they truly believed I maliciously shared my account or used a third party, why would they offer me a live funded account for free? They know I didn't cheat. They just didn't want to hand over my payout.

FundedElite operates with zero integrity. They rely on flawed, automated IP flags to deny legitimate payouts while deliberately ignoring hardware logs that prove trader compliance.

I have walked away from my account and will be taking my trading elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and go to a prop firm that actually pays its profitable traders.

One of the best and sustainable propfirm I have used other propfirm as well but this one is literally geniune support from Jeffrey solved my issue in jst 5min. I definitely recommend trying funded elite
