Quick support in KYC
Thank you very much to TIMOTHY , who supporting me in verifying KYC. You had addressed my KYC issue very quickly and request me to send the documentations so he can process in manually. I thought it should take about 1,2 days to finish but it was just some hours later I saw the KYC was completed.

My first TIME WITH THIS PROFIRM AND IT'S kind of weird, 6 days earned and when I tried to make my first withdrawal, the platform glitches and they tell me it was Tradovate's fault, and I call Tradovate and they tell me they have no control over my operations and that I have to fix it with fff, meaning that they control Tradovate... not going back
