My experience with FundedSquad has been extremely disappointing

I followed all of their stated rules yet my payout request was rejected The reason given was an IP address violation with the firm claiming that I had logged in from five different cities located 200–300 km away from my actual location

What makes this difficult to understand is that I trade from these locations every day exactly at 11 PM I offered to provide evidence to verify my location and address any concerns but my proof was rejected without a clear explanation and my subsequent messages were largely ignored

Please stay away from this firm It seems like a fake firm that is scamming people with fake payout certificates and they don't even listen to you

Good prop firm payout on time no hidden rule

Yesterday, I asked FundedSquad support how I could get an account reset. The support agent, Azman, told me that if I breached any rule of the firm, they would offer a reset. I specifically asked if it applied to any rule, and he confirmed that it did. Now they are denying what they told me earlier and are going back on their word. This is very disappointing and feels misleading.

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm.

I previously purchased a challenge from them and had a bad experience. At that time, I left a review on Trustpilot, and instead of properly addressing the issues, I was told to contact support.

The problem is that support responses are extremely slow and often fail to address the actual concern.

My latest issue is related to a daily drawdown breach. A trade with a loss of -$31.10 was taken by me on June 4, but it does not appear correctly in the June 4 journal. Instead, it is showing in the history at 11:41 PM and has been placed before my previous day's last trade, which was taken at 12:50 PM.

I raised this concern with support because the trade timing and journal records appear inconsistent. However, I only received generic responses stating that the account was breached due to daily drawdown, without properly addressing my concern regarding the trade timestamps and record allocation.

After my first negative experience, I decided to give this company another chance because of recommendations from an influencer. Unfortunately, I am facing similar issues again.

I expected transparency, accurate trade records, and proper investigation of customer concerns. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, delayed responses, and unresolved questions regarding my account activity.

I hope the company will properly review the trade records and improve the quality of its customer support.

Otherwise, it is obvious that someone who is acting like scammers would never properly investigate the issue or provide a clear explanation. For sensible traders, this alone should be enough reason to stay away and think carefully before trusting this company with their time and money.

I am here again after 2 months of using their services and I must say their matchtrader app is straight up terrible. It doesn't even load most of the time. I haven't used the MT5 so can't say anything about that, everything else is okay rules are defined on the website and if you follow them you'll get a payout. Overall a mid tier propfirm.

I passed 1 step account by obeying every rule. I checked all the rules mentioned in FAQ section, but right after passing account I got mail that account got breached. No reason, no explanation, they just terminated my account. They ruined my 8 days hard work within 2 minutes. Worst ever experience!!!

What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. The company made serious claims, permanently breached my account, and revoked my access, yet did not provide sufficient evidence to clearly demonstrate how these conclusions were reached. When traders invest significant time, effort, and money into following the rules, they deserve detailed explanations and verifiable proof before such severe actions are taken.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with FundedSquad, specifically regarding their Instant Accounts and trailing drawdown mechanics.

According to their live support chat, if you achieve a 6% profit on an Instant Lite account and request a withdrawal, your account will be immediately breached right after the payout. The support agent explained that because the trailing drawdown locks at the initial balance and does not reset with a withdrawal, taking your payout forces your account equity to drop below that locked threshold. Essentially, you cannot keep an account active after a payout due to how they engineered the trailing mechanics.

None of this critical information or specific rules were disclosed on their website. This is a massive hidden clause that drastically changes the value of the evaluation and instant models.

Furthermore, the customer service is highly unprofessional and rude. Instead of explaining this transparently or helping me navigate the issue, the support agent just shut down and ended the conversation without asking if I had further questions or confirming if the issue was resolved.

They hide important rules that work against the trader and cut you off when you call them out on it. Stay away.
