I spent 26 days working on passing this challenge on my 15,000 account. After I finally passed, I am expecting the promise live account (big LIE and FRAUD) this is the email I received in instead:
** we can see that there is a distinct link (what does this even mean ??) to a previously banned trader, who we no longer allow to trade with us and have requested that they no longer purchase from us also. I am not able to provide you with the names (WHO IS NOT ME ???????? and it can be anyone in this Planet) due to GDPR.
1) Your account has been reviewed and the final settlement figure to be paid to you will be a full refund of your evaluation fee, (BIG FRAUD you can keep it) to the value of $123.76 due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

2) This will lead to the full closure of your account and no further payments will be made. You will not be eligible for further funding with Funded Trading Plus.

This decision is final, and no other offers will be forthcoming as you have breached our Terms and conditions agreed to upon purchase of the account. Measures have been taken to ensure no further purchases are made, and any attempts to circumvent the ban will result in any further accounts being void, and no refund of the purchase would be offered.

I’d encourage you to accept the refund by signing the legally-binding, confidential settlement agreement - Please confirm that you have read and understood the above, so we are able to send your Settlement Agreement.

Once signed, we will receive a copy, and you will receive one for your own records. We can then process the refund as mentioned above.

Keep saying hard rule breached. Reset Your account, buy again. The daily loss limit not hit at all. They closed my account 25030.USD.? So in 30 usd profit? This is a joke? I will not recommend this company. They will terminate Your account for no reason.and any time! Go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service, best trading conditions on almost all trading platforms, good payout conditions from 80% to even 100%, No charges or few on payout. I only recommend they decrease the pace to which they process their live account and also payout hours

I actually like this company so far. When I submitted my withdrawal request Scarlet from the payment team contacted me just to tell me the margin I was trading was high. Some people might not appreciate this but I did because I’m new to prop firm trading and want to be the best trader I can be. Hopefully this will be another step in improving my trading. I admit before I joined most of what I read was good but a couple of people said on or after the third withdrawal they didn’t get paid however lots of people said they did so the proof will be in the future what happens. But to be fair to the company I’m also thinking did the people that didn’t get paid break the rules you just don’t know. Anyway personally I’ve had a good experience so far and I hope to have a long career working with this company the customer support team are also excellent very helpful if I’m not sure of anything I always ask. I rate the company a 4 out 5 only because the payment they have sent is international bank transfer would be great for UK traders if we could just be paid by the normal bank transfer system. That’s the only thing I’ve knocked a point off for but in a couple of months I’m being paid regularly with no problem I certainly have no problem coming back updating my review and giving them a 5 stars. I hope to have a long and happy partnership with the company 🤗

Great fast service

Poor price execution. Low integrity product that doesn’t fill orders at prices entered. Way too much slippage for this firm to have above 2 stars. The 2 stars is because they have good support staff to try and make things right because their product lacks so much integrity.

The service was great and thank you for the opportunity.

Definitely recommend FTP, great rules, great customer service and a great package all at a reasonable price :)
