Funding Pips suddenly closed my active account. I sent many emails to their support team, but I did not get any clear answer. They only replied with the same repeated, automatic emails. This is not acceptable at all.
I want to warn all traders about this company. They have one-sided and unclear rules, and they can close any user's account at any moment without a good reason.

Your account #20134739 was suspended following a thorough investigation by our Responsible Trading Team, which identified solid evidence of copy trading and trading in concert with others, including a matching IP address. The supporting evidence was attached and sent to you directly via email.
We understand the support responses may have felt repetitive. The reason our team maintained the same position is that the decision was made following a verified investigation and there was no new information that changed the outcome.

Your account was breached because a position was held during the restricted window of the Unemployment Rate high-impact news event. The news trading restriction prohibits opening, closing, or holding positions within 10 minutes before and after a high-impact event on the affected currency. This is a specific condition of the Instant account model and is clearly documented in our FAQ.
If the news trading restriction doesn’t suit your trading style, we also offer other account models — such as 2-Step, 2-Step Pro, and 1-Step — which have different conditions that may be a better fit for you.
