I never expected to write a review like this about FundingPips, but after exhausting every possible option, I feel this is the only way left to share my experience.
I successfully passed Phase 1 of my evaluation after spending a lot of time and effort. After passing, I was asked to complete the KYC verification process.
I completed the verification and later received an official email from KYCAID confirming that both my Profile Verification and Document Verification had been APPROVED.
However, when I logged into my FundingPips dashboard, it still displayed "Not Verified" and continued showing the "Start Verification" button. As a first-time user, I genuinely believed my verification had not been completed successfully, so I clicked the verification button again.
Later, my account was permanently terminated because FundingPips determined that multiple individuals were involved during the KYC process.
From the very beginning, I accepted that I made a mistake. I never denied it, argued against it, or tried to hide it. I apologized to the support team and explained that this was my first experience with this type of KYC process.
I requested only two things:
1. A one-time KYC reset so I could complete the verification correctly.
OR
2. If account restoration was impossible, at least a partial or goodwill refund.
Both requests were rejected.
I then carefully read FundingPips' Terms & Conditions and Responsible Trading Policy because the support team repeatedly told me their decision was based on those policies.
I asked the same question multiple times:
Could you please show me the exact clause in your published Terms & Conditions that states an account terminated due to a KYC compliance issue is not eligible for any refund, including a partial or goodwill refund?
Unfortunately, instead of answering this specific question, I kept receiving the same template replies over and over again telling me that the decision was final and asking me to refer to previous emails.
Despite asking several times, I never received the exact clause or section that supports refusing any refund in my particular situation.
Another disappointing part of this experience was the KYC workflow itself.
If my first verification had already been approved by KYCAID, why did the FundingPips dashboard still show "Not Verified" and continue allowing another verification attempt?
This question was never clearly answered either.
I completely understand that companies have compliance policies, and I accept responsibility for my mistake.
However, I do not believe that every honest mistake should automatically result in permanent account termination with absolutely no refund, especially when the customer openly accepts the mistake, cooperates with support, and repeatedly requests a fair solution.
I am no longer asking for my account back.
I am only asking FundingPips to either:
• Show the exact published Terms & Conditions clause that justifies refusing any refund in this case.
OR
• Reconsider providing at least a partial goodwill refund.
I contacted FundingPips through numerous emails and live chat conversations over several days. I remained respectful throughout the entire process and genuinely tried to resolve the matter privately before writing this review.
Unfortunately, I reached a point where I felt I had no other option except to share my experience publicly.
I sincerely hope FundingPips reviews this case once more and improves both its KYC workflow and customer support communication so that other traders do not experience the same situation.
This review reflects my personal experience and is supported by my emails, support conversations, KYCAID approval email, and screenshots.

I passed my 2-Step $100K Evaluation account (Account ID: #5736859), strictly complying with all maximum and daily drawdown rules through manual trading. However, upon completion, FundingPips abruptly rejected my account under a vague, generalized "Responsible Trading Policy" flag. They offered me no explanation, no trading logs, and no data—only a forced option to reset or refund, which completely strips away the $10,000 USD risk asset value I rightfully earned.
When I reached out to their compliance team, an agent named Lornah sent me a completely dismissive, automated canned template stating that their decision was final. I followed up by sending a formal appeal, strictly demanding they provide ANY concrete evidence, ticket numbers, or transaction logs showing where I supposedly violated their rules. It has been over 48 hours, and they have gone completely silent, ignoring my emails.
FundingPips recently hyped up their new "flexible and clear" policy, but my experience proves it is nothing but marketing lies. They are happy to collect your evaluation fees, but the moment you pass honestly, they hide behind a black box and steal your qualification.
Traders, beware! FundingPips is refusing to be transparent and is actively denying passed accounts without an ounce of proof. Avoid this toxic firm at all costs unless you want your hard work stolen.
